Sticky carpet, broken TV, no internet, everything was dirty. I don't have high expectations or standards for a cheap place to crash, but this was dire.

The carpet was stained , the shower curtain was filthy , the bedding was dated , the computer chair had a huge rip in it . I slept with towels on the sheets and pillows . They did provide multiple towels.

Cheap, fairly clean nothing that made us go ew just some missed vacuuming. Service was very friendly and the beds are extremely comfortable. I would expect those beds in $150 room not a $65 room. Definitely staying here again

Place was extremely ran down and there was remnants of dead roaches on the walls. Hotel staff did not know how to properly use a computer

Check-in and out was easy. Nice amenities, like fridge, microwave and DirectTV with HBO! The room was clean, but worn with chipped doors and paint, scuffed walls and worn carpet. I slept well. Would have given a higher rating if it wasn't for the wear.

I like that it feels like a community due to other long term tenants also being there. It's also close to my work which is convenient. I don't like that we had no hot water for 3 days and instead of getting a free night, we were offered another room to shower in... especially since most of the occupants are long term stays because of housing issues in our city. Most of the staff are great, but there are a couple during the day that act like you are inconveniencing them, and have an attitude with you when they are pretty much charging fluctuating fees with no discount for long term stays.

The room had a very bad smell. They where flies in the room. Pillows where old and stained. Ac/ heat looked really old and inefficient barely blowing at full capability. Looked behind the bed; had some major stains and old trash...

The room was very filthy. It had not been swept or even wiped down. The lamp shades were stained from years of smoking in. The room was labelled non smoking but probably had been a smoking room for 20 years before the laws changed. It needs to be gutted to get the stink out. We checked out at first light so we could breathe again. Comforter even had cigarette holes in it.

There's no excuse for how dirty and nasty this room is. Why would you put may blankets on a bed where people have to pay to sleep in it? Terrible. Overwhelming odor of mold or something and the floors are disgusting. I wish i couldn't given a good rating but i won't tell anything outside of the truth

It was wonderful. I'm happy to give a 5 star rating. The air conditioner got the room nice and cold. The room was clean. The staff was super friendly. There was a normal trash can outside we could empty our traveling trash into.

Sketch city. Staff was nice, it looked clean but very dilapidated. I woulda guessed it would be a $40/ nt hotel based on the condition. Had an aura of unsafe to it. If you can afford it, go somewhere else

I reserved my room and when I got there they said my room wasn’t guaranteed due to conventions nd festivals in the area( apparently they were near sold out capacity) I reserved a 2 bed room and they gave me a one bed room, very very basic hotel and kept hearing people fighting and slamming doors through out the night. It was worth it for a one night stay.

The price was ok but the room was a non smoking room and the smell of stale cigarettes smoke was in the rooms. The bathroom had a couple of spiders in there but apart from that the two days I stayed was peaceful.

I didn't get the room I reserved. I then was moved 3 times still NOT to the size of bed/ room I reserved. I then had an allergic reaction to something there. NO STAFF was willing to accommodate the rash or my concerns. I'm Black and was told, "she had never seen anything like that before ". WORST STAY OF MY LIFE!!!!

Literally a deathtrap! Bed was against the wall outlet that was loosely attached to the wall with ELECTRICAL TAPE. I cannot post the picture here. TV didn't work (at both the hwy 50 location and here).
