Good place with reasonable price. The location is a little bit far from the subway station NakajimaKoen, but still within easily walkable distance. You can get to Susukino by around 20-25 min of walking from the hotel so it is not a problem. Clean room, friendly staff.

Overall the hotel is fine. It is comfortable and clean. Good wifi. The staff at the front are friendly and helpful. I was annoyed by the fact that I was told that I would be charged 500 JPY for a lost KEY CARD, which the hotel has hundreds of. Also the cleaning staff didn't have the sharpest people. Not a bad hotel. Just don't lose your key card...

Not in tbe real center, but it is tranquil and there are enough numbers of cozy restaurants within the walking distance.

The staff over here are vary friendly and the location also vary strategies. Nearby the interests places. Only thing is that they can only speek Japanese and a little bit of English.

Overall this place is nice to stay. Walking distance to subway station and close to a mini mart. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pretty nice hotel. Very clean and modern. A lot of pillows on the bed. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and big. There was no coffee in the room, only tea, so I bought my own. No restaurant in the hotel and not much in the area, so you need to walk a little bit. The chair in the room was pretty uncomfortable, so doing work at the desk wasn't really pleasant. Overall, this was a decent hotel and I would certainly stay again.

Room itself was a fairly generic hotel room. Communal kitchen area across the hall a nice touch. Room was not very clean - hair on the bathroom wall, previous guest's forgotten possessions under bed. Air con very very loud and permanently on - like being on a plane. It was cheap and last minute so can't really complain.

We missed it the first day but found it while walking around. The staff are super friendly and the room was clean. Windows open to allow fresh air in. For size, you get what you pay for. The room was comfortable, the bathtub a bit tight. If your planning on unpacking your entire suitcase, you may have a tough time. We generally just brought out the clothing we needed on a daily basis. It’s a vacation, go out and see Sapporo! This was our nightly crash pad and it worked great. 10/10 would recommend for 1-2 people travelling on a budget, looking for something more private than a hostel, and in a quieter neighbourhood.

This is a pretty nice hotel with very good amenities. It is walking distance from Susukino. Underground and tram stations less than 10 minutes away. Overall, good value for money. Staff very helpful.

No frills good value hotel though the location is not the best.

A great basic hotel, close to the station and thus very accessible to everything you want to see in the area. Though small, the room is space efficient and similar in size to most hotel rooms in Japan. I would recommend traveling light with smaller suitcases or duffel bags. There is a convenient vending machine and microwave for a quick ramen bowl, water, juice, or beer after a long day. I enjoyed my stay here!

Good location. Very near to Nakajima Park and Nakajima Koen Station... thus very convenient.

This is a business hotel located nearby Nakajima Park. It is easy to reach by Airport bus from New Chitose Airport. Hotel is closed to Hotel Lifort and Business Inn Norte. 5 minutes walk from hotel to Nakajima Koen Station exit 3 ( subway ). The convenience store call " SEICO MART " is just around the corner. Room is spacious and bigger than normal Japanese hotel room. Bed is very comfy and big. However it is still in Japanese style. They also provide microwave oven and ice machine in 2nd floor, so you can warm your food in night time. WIFI is strong and goo signal. Very tranquil hotel. Recommend !!!

Location is inconvenient because there is no convenience store around. The bathroom was small and smelt. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled cigarettes.

Quite a nice cozy place in a countryside. As it is a shared restroom and bathroom hotel, it will be a lot better to have more restrooms and bathrooms.

This Hotel make me amazing such as Great Price,Good Service from Staff,Clean Room and you can park(a car) at the Hotel.

Although a bit hard to find at first, this hotel is very equipped and near the Exit 3 of Nakajima Koen Station. It will take 200Yen to get to the main Sapporo Station where lots of shopping malls are situated, but one can walk from the hotel to the Sapporo Station while enjoying the other shopping outlets along the way. The breakfast was reasonably priced at 540Yen (tax included). Although the choice is limited, the food is nonetheless delicious.
