This is a «quiet gem» just 3 minute walk away from the Kleopatra beach. The rooms Are very spacious, light and have everything you need. The bathroom is big and the balcony has table and chairs too. The staff is very helpful and you feel Welcomed.

The staff were really nice and helpful ,you get good space for the price , and it is very well located . The only reason I might not stay again would be parking they do have some spaces and I got one but it seemed very tight for the whole stay and not much availability on the roads around ( that was during off season ) But without a Car I would certainly stay again .

Very nice and quiet hotel. Special thanks to cleaners, rooms always cleaned to the spotless condition. The only issue was with my VIP status which was not recognised here otherwise book with confidence. Recommended.

The hotel apartment is state of the art. The view to the sea is covered by large water tanks but nice views to the adjacent mountain and cable car. The restaurant area in the hall was too cold. The exit door stood open because the staff stood outside and smoked. Lack of consideration for the guests. The hotel apartment is state of the art. Located in a lively neighbourhood this hotel is suitable for anyone looking for a decent place to stay at without any special amenities. Very friendly staff and location are the positives . Quality and variety of food leave much to be desired. Basic room with comfortable bed and clean toilet . Nothing spectacular to write about although i believe the outlook and quality of services have deteriorated since i last stsyed there in 2020 maybe fallouts of the Covid Pandemic.

It is very easy to get confused with the hotels in Alanya near Cleopatra beach because 90% of the hotels have the word 'Cleopatra' in them. Overall a decent experience with this hotel. Amazing location, a 5-minute walk from everything, and the hotel is hidden down the main road away from the noise. You cannot beat the location, it is literally near everything. The room itself was spacious and clean. Good wifi connection and a good large balcony. The elevator is extremely tiny, one person can barely even fit in it! Let alone bringing with you bags. The service was alright - however, they did not provide refreshments or tea/coffee in the room (only one bottle of water on the first day). When we asked for tea at reception they told us you can get it during breakfast if you pay. The shower temperature was controlled - it did not heat very well on the first day - however after a complaint it was fixed. Overall the main positive for this hotel is where it is situated - right in the heart of Alanya with a short distance to the beach/castle/gondola.

Great apartment! Very clean, modern & spacious. Staff were very polite & helpful! 5 minute walk to the beach.. supermarket, restaurants & massage all close by.. The balcony isn’t very private but it wasn’t a problem for us.. definitely recommend staying on this side of the castle, just nicer in general than the other side!

Nice Hotel, friendly staff, very clean, good location. Only downside was the Wi-Fi and that the pool was closed due to low number of guests and Covid-19.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. There was always parking. The suite was incredibly clean. The service was amazing. Every call was answered and handled in less than five minutes including room service. There was nothing missing. The "worst" thing about the hotel was that the elevator was relatively small ,,, but it was negligible .... If I come to Alanya again I will surely return to this hotel. Special thanks to Raoul

Beds are quite confortable. They have delicious breakfast. İts near by sea And silent. Good for sleep! General manager wAs a polite guy and trying to do his best but my advise is to find a nice lady for reception who will welcome guests with cute smile . I hope that they can develop theirselves and make more friendly people environment in hotel . Clean comfortable and preferable!

It was amazing. The managers and staff of the hotel made my stay very comfortable. Prompt service, immediate help, wonderful conversion in English and very clean environment are the highlights of the hotel.
