They gave us a room that wasnt cleaned, bed unmade, keys were still in the room, we had to go back down, they then gave us another room, not properly stocked, had to ask for towels. The A/C was on in the room, had to call front desk for a maintainance man to come in to work on it

Hotel was tiny hience the name. But def one of the more expensive ones out there. 190 for a 20sq with one ply toilet paper…..

Not enough towels in room. Tub filled as i showered. Drunk man passed out outside my room

Definitely will stay here again, clean and well run. The staff upon check in were very patient with a difficult customer, better than half an hour to check in. I just came back later to check in.there are many transients about due to location possibly.but clean and a good experience overall

Decided to have an evening at the Casino, unfortunately didn’t get in til late but very much enjoyed the stay. Everything was just as it should be.

The only thing that we did not like is that booking thru you we pay more then booking directly😞. We are seniors. I’m ver upset with that.

My only complaint is that there aren't enough plug-ins in the room, with none close to the bed. As well, there aren't any USB charging ports, which makes charging my phone difficult.

Our room was good but we were at the end of the hall and could hear the noisy people in the pool. I would stay again just not in the room i was in because of the noise from the pool.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, the free breakfast the cleanliness were exceptional. I was blown away by their kindness when I received flowers and a card as my grandmother had passed away.

Amazing staff at check in/out. Best continental breakfast, with the best chef/hostess cooking and putting out the food.

My first impression of the hotel was great, the room felt new and fresh. We were disappointed to see the bathroom trash was not emptied from the previous guests, its contents were biohazardous so was off putting to say the least. The only other complaint was that our room bordered a hall which lead to the parking lot and while the location was convenient the door to go outside scrapped the concrete and stuck open and then would have to to be pushed shut, this was very loud and woke us up many times both nights. I imagine this only affected our room. Otherwise the hotel was great.
