Had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water slide a lot. The breakfasts were so delicious with lots of options. Great service from the front desk. Would absolutely stay here again.

We like the accessible room. However it seems more designed for a senior as the bed is too high if you are in a wheel chair. The shower is a low rise tub not a roll in shower.
We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast both days as it was hot, fresh and plenty of options for your start to the day.

Breakfast needs work. Quiche on the Saturday not the way i want to start my morning and no bacon Saturday or Sunday was disappointing

Property was convenient to the location to where we were. If not we would have stayed in Calgary. You can tell it was an upgrade location as the bathrooms need a bit more cleaning around the tiles, towels are rough, beds not very comfortable. These new building are slapped together an need better sound proofing as you can hear people stomping around above you, thank goodness it wasn't at all hours.

Great hotel to stay at in Okotoks. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the check in/ check out process was very simple and smooth. The location of this hotel is perfect and easy to find. I did end up leaving a shirt in the hotel, and they still haven’t contacted me if they’ve found it or not which was a bit unfortunate. I also wish the coffee at the breakfast was a bit better. Overall I would stay here again.

Welcome and stay was good but check out lady was rude and refused to give me a printed receipt. She flat refused and said it would be emailed but it never was.

Check in was a breeze, everything was clean and fresh looking with no odors, well maintained and overall very nice. Highly recommended.

We needed an early check in for a wedding. Although they couldn't guarentee an early check-in, Heather was able to arrange the early check-in for us. It took a load of pressure off our visit.

Overall good service and rooms were clean and in good condition. Sound travel thru the walls was a little high. And some road noise as it is close to a main roadway.

The location and services were great. There however is possible extra charges. Along with the pet fee there also is a possible $300 room charge and a lot of extra possible charges that were advertised on the Expedia website. Other than that the staff were great the service was great and a all around great experience.

Loved the room, pull out bed was awesome for my son who is 2. We did however, miss the tub, the shower was great for my husband but not as accessible for our toddler

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels this year for kid’s’ activities and this one was the best experience by far. The rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a plus and the pool was awesome for the kids. Highly recommend :)

Hotel staff booked me into a room across from the elevator. Constantly head people talking and door beeping each time it opened or closed. Hotel staff would not move me unless I contacted hotels.com

Unfortunately this is the nicest hotel in Okotoks. The bed sheets kept coming off and they had to be the most rough sheets I've ever slept in. The shower leaked out on the floor needing more towels to wipe up then we had. There was no milk for the cereal in the morning and the eggs and hashbrowns had no flavor.
Unfortunately a not so good experience.

My sick husband was evacuated to this area because of forest fires up north. When he came out of hospital to join me in the hotel they changed our room so we could be close to the elevator. Furthermore, though the hotel was fully booked over the weekend, the hotel staff managed to extend our stay so we didn’t have to move to another town. That was a greatly appreciated!!! I highly recommend this place with kind, helpful staff.
