The staff were lovely and helpful. Had a surprise new year's eve dinner included with our stay. The food was great, and we had an absolute blast into the new year. We were also gifted a travel pillow upon checkout!

Had a great stay. Staff was above and beyond normal hospitality. Room for the price was above what we expected. Over all really good vibe there. It is alittle bit off the main road but that was a massive possitive in the end with nights relaxing by the pool weren't hampered by scooter and taxi tooting and exhausts.

The staff are amazing here they go above and beyond for the customers. Very chilled relaxed vibe. Pool is lovely with lots of seating and was never to over crowded. Rooms and facilities are very clean. I am very impressed with value for money and would stay here again. Unfortunately I was sick and couldn’t eat or drink but my partner said the food was amazing.

This hotel is in a quiet pocket of Seminyak off the main busy streets, the hotel has everything you need and the pool is excellent for kids. The spa was amazing, although more expensive then the cheap one on the Main Streets, I found the quality better and still so cheap when compared to what you would pay back home. The buffet breakfast was a highlight and there was an amazing selection of different foods to choose from. The gym was good also. The staff where friendly and very helpful and always smiling. A taxi to the beach was about 30,000 Indonesian rupees which is still so cheap, although we walked every where too. I highly recommended this hotel and will be back next year. Thank you for being so accommodating.

This hotel is very nice especially considering the price. Excellent value. The pool was beautiful and never so busy you couldnt get a seat. Breakfast was huge! A crazy amount of choices for breakfast. Food was great! The spa was fantastic! Went almost every day :) The only negative is it was set in quite far from the street. It was about a 500 m walk just to get to a main street.

Lack of bathroom facilities. No hand towels or face washers. Out in the middle of nowhere. Taxi needed to go anywhere. Expensive pricing at resort and beds not very comfortable

The property needs a complete overhaul, decking unsafe to walk on with screws protruding through and consequently a trip hazard. The food was not always hot , prepared in the early hours of the morning, left in cloques that weren’t heated. It was a disappointment to arrive and find that our booking was not what we had asked for and then asked to pay extra for our rooms. I’ve stayed in Bali over the past 30 years and experience top service from all other facilities we have stayed in. I will not be returning to Ramada Encore in the near future.

The hotel was pretty nice and staffs were very welcoming. We stayed in a family room, but the room was always moist and also it could have been better if the rooms had a freshener as there was some smell around in the rooms. Otherwise, the rooms were excellent with all facilities especially the pool and dining area.

The hotel was family friendly with a great pool suitable for little ones. We walked off our terrace strsight into the pool. Breakfast very good. Meals cheap but tasty. The problem with this place is location. A taxi is required to go anywhere and the traffic is manic.

Overall ok. Food was good, staff pleasant and helpful. Not peaceful or quiet. Noisy corridors, lots of banging, drilling, maintenance work. Very limited information on places to go etc so do all your research in advance. Due to location we needed transport for everything which was easy as there is a taxi service in the hotel.

Overall good. Has a good vibe . Property in need of some TLC . Protesting after being to another better room due to poor drainage…. Spoke with manager who assured us of no additional fee. He was keen for us to have a good stay . Very accomodating .

The property was isolated no dining options other than to taxi out or eat at resort. Breakfast was either room service or full buffet breakfast. Lunch and dinner had the same menu. Pool had tiles missing and was shaded for a good portion of the day. Limited lounges around pool. Room was very smelly at times. Reception staff were helpful when asked to accommodate and staff were very friendly when offering services.

I found this hotel to be dated and unclean. Needs some serious work to get it back to what it could potentially be. The room was full of small bugs crawling across the floor. Received a call from front desk telling me to hurry up with my checkout - yet once I left the room I was made to wait 10 minutes at front desk before my checkout was processed.

The hotel was nice, but farther grom the beach than I had expected. They have a free shuttle to some popular places, but you need to reserve a seat in advance. Also, for my entire stay, I never had hot, or even warm, water to take a shower. The pool was awesome, and the people were friendly.

In general the staff were friendly and helpful. There were some issues with communication in English but most staff had a basic understanding and several were quite fluent. The kitchen worked 24/7 including breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was very popular with a wide selection of foods and the kitchen did a superb job under constant pressure. The waiting staff were great and the cleaning staff were fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. There is a free shuttle service available to different hotspots in Seminyak and Kuta, because it is pretty far from the main road. You can’t take a online ordered taxi, such as GRAB(but bluebird was fine). Very big pool and just an overall nice stay!
