Room was great wonderful place to stay overnight

Had some work to do in the region and this was an excellent motel to stay at. Close to the middle of town that has all the facilities you need for a short stay.
Great and helpful staff. I needed a document to be printed which they did without fuss and while I waited. Rooms are a decent size with an extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Standard room on the small side, but otherwise room very clean, comfy bed and was greeted by a nice friendly person at the reception.

Omly Motel we could find that excepts Australian guests and is riun by aussies. 8.30lm Sat night check in was great. Taree to Kempsey all of the Indian Motels said 'No, fully booked-
The room was great the amenities fantastic.

I checked in at 10am and was told my room would not be ready till 12 noon. I accepted that and the receptionist asked me if I was i town for the race day and I replied yes.
I was not able to access my room till 1pm. The race day started at 12.30pm and as I was working there I needed to be there by 12.30pm. I felt some priority could have been given to my room so I could have arrived to work on time. With the delay in getting in at the gate at the races I lost 1.5 hours pay.

Property in poor condition. Broken door knob to bathroom. Very basic for the price.

Motel was ok for a short visit. It lacks appropriat roof overhangs to provide eough shade to sit outside comfortably. Need to provide additional chairs outside and a small coffee table so people can relax outside in the mornings with a coffee or in the evening with a beverage or six.

The separate Chinese restaurant business above reception meant I did not have to go out again to get meals. The hotel was clean, parking very spacious, staff friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

The motel is situated in the city with easy walking access to all the amenities and restaurants etc.The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. Did not notice anything worth reporting in a negative way.

Stayed only for a few hours sleep to break up a long drive. Late night check-in was easy, beds were comfortable, it was just what we needed.
