We thought the location was great, the pool and lawn areas we fine. Just the cabins where a little tied and need some work.

The Glenwood is a great place to stay. Very convenient. Good value for money

Clean and comfortable, if a little run down. Seems to attract a friendly crowd. The most important thing: a newish air conditioner with the power to deal with those sticky subtropical nights.

Family Room was modern, beautiful and comfortable. Cannot ask for any better.

I booked a pet friendly motel room. Checking in I was told I was upgraded to a pet friendly cabin. I was then charged an additional $40 pet fee! The cabin was not clean, the dirt and dust behind the bed was disgusting I had to clean the bed side table. There was a lamp on both sides of the bed but could use one for the wasn’t a power point to plug in the other lamp . The were no comfortable chairs we had to use the outdoor chairs to watch TV very uncomfortable! This is the worst accommodation we have ever experienced!

Staff were helpful organising assistance to my husband who has trouble getting up stairs. The room was basic but clean The price for 1 night was very reasonable

They need to put rails and bigger steps at the out door toilets steps very narrow not good for old people to use easily

Originally booked cabin with no bathrooms, thankfully another cabin was available for an additional fee. Shower broken, something a cleaner should have picked up when cleaning. Overall okay accommodation for what we needed

Park is out of the way. Old but clean. I was very happy we stayed there.

I liked the price and availability... but soon realised why it was priced reasonably: no toilet or shower, the sink was inaccessible in the corner, blocked by a bench which butted up to it and the open 'wardobe' and sink unit consisted of emulsion painted chipboard and ancient melamine. A microwave was placed on a sticky-to-the-touch wooden shelf and the sparse timing around the sink seemed to be done by a blind man. The massive TV took up all of the bench and only 4 channels were available. There were no chairs in the room. The bed was on wheels on a tiles floor. Dirty fingerprints were everywhere, the skirtings were disgusting and I was scared to touch the two blinds. The front door didn't latch properly and there was a 1" gap at the bottom for the bugs to get out. The other room we rented was much the same but they did have 2 chairs. Good things: The bar fridge was passable. The aircon worked (despite the 2" gap under the front door) and the bed was clean and comfy. The toilet and shower block was just plain shabby and dirty. Mouldy MDF, no disabled ramp, all very dirty and old. In no way were the amenities up to modern standards. I wiped my feet when I came OUT. I'll be thinking twice before using WOTIF again since these two 'rooms' were barely a step above a tent. OK, they were on the cheaper side of expensive, but clearly WOTIF has little or no quality control over the rooms they sell. I'll be looking for personal recommendations and private WWW bookings.

Easy checkin and out. Lovely property.

The property advertises that it is pet friendly with the cabins. However when confirming my booking, i was advised that the cabin I had booked did not have an ensuite, nor were pets allowed. I was lucky enough to be able to change the booking over the phone after paying extra to change to a cabin with ensuite and pets allowed. I can only suggest that your website be amended identifying cabins that have ensuite and those that allow pets. Otherwise the place was wonderfully clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again

I had expected the cabin to have toilet & shower. Description of facilities was not very informative online. No hot water in unit. Entire unit seemed to be on a slant, creating a vertigo effect.

It was a bit of a squeeze betting in and out of the park as we had our camper vans overall our short stop ober was not bad 🙂

The staff were very helpful and polite.

Beds had spiders. Black mould in the bathroom. Pot holes in the roads. Unsafe for disabled persons.

The whole park was dingy and delapitdated. Reception was closed 45 minutes early so we were unable to complain or update. Toilet and shower block was disgusting.

We stayed in a cabin due to having 2 small dogs. The cabin was clean but very worn out. Could use some TLC. Check in was easy. People running the caravan park were pleasant.
