The hotel is conveniently located with in core city range with many walkable marts and shops. Family room with minimum required kitchen utensils was comfortable for family in case of light cooking in the dinner times. Dedicated tuk tuk driver in the doorstep is quick to understand our needs and took care of our local trips for very reasonable charges. Friendly staff and the pool area with sauna all good for family stay.

Second time of stay after 3 years,the hotel seem need to be concern of maintainence.
Booking 2 bedsroom,it located on 1st fl. first entry there is some smell.i need to ask for air refresher
And 2nd night I did ask staff to try to get rid of the smell,then they put the oil in room.
Bedsheet,towel look old should be replace. Even it was in the room but the first night they do not prepare.
Master bedroom next to the kitchen,you will hear noise in the morning since 5.45 am once they start working.
Breakfast need to be improve. Food not warm and not attractive.
Location is good right on main road.

Very convenient place to stay. Not Tourist hot spot but I’m walking distance (1km) to independent memorial. Some coffee shops in shorter walking distance. Breakfast very good, fresh variation of eggs, Asia noodle soup, fruits etc. Staffs very friendly and helpful to solve each any request. Small balcony, but hot outside. For smoker ideal.

The restaurant and breakfast makes this place. The rooms a little rundown and the our room smell a little mildew. The ac drop to carpet. Restroom is nice. Kitchen needs to have its essentials like cups, plates, and utensils . Food is amazing

Excellent service from the start. After flights were delayed and rerouted, communication for airport pickup went smoothly. From check in to room stay, a very friendly and quiet hotel within the heart of a very busy zone. The breakfast is very fulfilling. Excellent staff and facilities.

We had to switch from a hostel to Anik because my partner tore an ankle ligament and couldnt climb the stairs at the hostel.The staff were outstanding, and did all they could to accommodate us.There are a few excellent lunch and dinner spots nearby and the pool is decent for a cool down in the afternoon.

This is a pretty basic hotel. Nice shower. Bed was like sleeping on a table. The did put some extra padding under the fitted sheet the second day. There is definitely a mold problem (in our room, 106, it was partially covered by wall paper). Buffet included for breakfast was fair. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and sights.

Great locativo, AC got very cold, buffet brandas teaser great for foreign and Khmer, lobby smells good! Pool cold because shaded almost all day. Hád a hot tub but you nerd to call down estilete ti have tem turn it on and geral it Nice and warm. We really liked it hear!

when i was brought to the non smoking room,they gave me upgrade and changed the room so quickly for me.when i caught a cold,all of staffs were helpful.and spa survice is very nice too.pool view room was really comfortable.i like here.

Everything was fine except the breakfast less choice and taste is avereage.one more thing is about Key Card my staff share the room and we stay 4 nights only 1 key card gieven which is so wired.

The hotel is good except breakfast and next to petrol station.Other than petrol station, you can find KOI and burgerlab, personally the burgers are great and delicious in burger lab. Unique and value for money.

Lovely boutique hitel offering excellent customer service. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Around $3 tuk tuk ride to the Palace. Very comfortable room

Quality hotel, great service and massive rooms. One negative point was that the aircon was too weak. The staff put us into another room, but the same problem persisted. It seemed that there was not enough power.

We did ok here, however, felt that work out area machines very poor, only 4 machines.
Pool area was pretty, but could be much cleaner. Hall carpets dirty.
Outside front had a small watering edge that was pretty, but water dirty green.
Staff was very nice, however. Conceire wasn't knowledgeable, which luckily we had friends that we connected with whom told us great eating placed, shopping etc.

Great value for this cozy little boutique hotel excellent for business travel. Spacious room and washroom and surprisingly quiet despite it being right off the main road.

The room is spacious with equally spacious bathroom. However, I dislike the bed, gives me sore neck and shoulder aches.
Breakfast is mediocre.

Great location, cozy room, and great breakfast (love the chicken noodle soup upon request). The service is excellent. But The fitness room can be further improved.
