This hotel was not quite what I expected, but it actually did grow on me after the first day. They called it service apartments, but I will not call it, it’s definitely a hotel. I would describe this as more vintage style than modern, but very well maintained. The staff is outstanding! They were always available, prompt, courteous, and incredibly friendly. The included breakfast was really nice, especially as you could order your own pho and banh mi. There are washers and dryers on each floor. The gym is well appointed and the pool is fantastic. It was a holiday week when I was here, so there were no crowds anywhere in the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of our two bedroom condo in Saigon. The staff was superb, the pool perfect for lap swimming and the fitness center was well furnished with a variety of modern equipment. Nothing but good things to say, highly recommend.

Large airy apartment, great furniture, furnished balcony, 3 air conditioners in two bedroom aparment so our son could control his own in his room. Ultra clean, efficient room service staff, great gym, and free yoga classes! Excellent yoga teacher. Excellent location.

The room was large. I had a king bed and plenty of room to move around. There was a balcony. My only concern is that the pool was closed for maintenance and it was really hot and it would have been nice to use the pool.

Hotel is very clean and the housekeeping is good. We booked a 2 bedrooms apartmrnt which is very spacious and comfortable. The room although at a high floor but there is no view. Walking distance to shopping mall. Only thing is the traffic condition is very messy and make it very difficult to move around. Overall, the hotel is excellent and will come back if we ever visit ho chi minh again.

Awesome. Super accommodating staff. Great facilities in the room. Easy to get to and with taxis so cheap in HCM it wouldn’t matter anyway. A small mini mart next door was great to pop down to for a beer and an ice cream. Can’t fault this place. Everyone was fantastic.

My family and I had a great time at Norfolk Mansions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for us and had a good selection of restaurants and bars, not too far from The post office and Notre Dame. The apartment itself was huge, we live in HK so appreciate space, this did not disappoint! Thanks.

I travel very often to most Asian countries and hotels. My first experience when l arrived was less than average! When l was given a room with a view of large aircon vents that were horrible and noisy. But when l ask to be moved to another room, it happened straight away and all the staff from then on were absolutely fantastic! The best l have seen in a long time. There understand if English language Knowledge of great restaurants Curtiuos and helpfull They set an standard, some 5&6 star hotels don’t have.
