One night stop. Good for the price.

The place was clean and decent but the picture is deceptive. We were in the old motel side. The drooping ceiling was about 6 1/2 feet high and the bathroom sink was about 2' high. It was built for elves. Not a bad place but felt kind of like a bait and switch.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. I enjoyed the spa tub and heat lamp. Overall it provided a good stay. It’s too bad the window in my room was so small and high up—barely eye level; and the curtains were positioned awkwardly, so that only one-half of its surface was available. The curtains should have been installed on the other side so as not to obscure the view, which was nice—a lush green lawn and evergreens. The window issue gave the room the feel of a bunker. The other criticisms have to do with food. Can we get rid of those cheap coffeemakers in the room? The coffee itself tasted awful, and those tiny packets of fake, carcinogenic sugars and “creamer” didn’t help. And no microwaveable cups were available for tea or reheating coffee or anything. The breakfast wasn’t good for anyone who is health-conscious. I’m not sure what those disc-shaped “egg” concoctions contain, but they tasted like watery goo. I felt marginally sick. Maybe a little spending for real eggs would go a long way.

This is our second time there and we love it. The price is great. Staff is friendly and a great breakfast bar included. Going to the casino no problem a shuttle is provided free! TY for a very pleasant experience.

The stay was great but Hotels.com $50 gift card was worthless. If we called them directly we would have paid $50 less so your gift card was worthless. Won’t request gift cards from you anymore.

We take a yearly trip to the casino and have stayed at all hotels around the area. This was our first time with Rhodeside. We had no issues and the staff were friendly. Room was spacious and clean. We plan to stay there again next year.

The lobby and room were spotless, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast fare was better than typically available, and the attached restaurant, Alfredo's was a pleasant surprise.

Very clean.
The hot breakfast was pretty good. The scrambled egg was preportioned into round disks, which was great for making a sausage and egg biscuit, but might have seemed a little odd if eating with a fork.
I was in an older building, but it didn't feel old for the most part. The outside stairs were uneven and one of the outside second-floor walkways felt like it sloped away from the building. The ceiling in my room is very low. The showerhead was at chin level and the sink was just above knee level (maybe mid-thigh).
Parking next to the buildings is adequate, but some of the spaces in the middle of the lot are reserved for the next door Enterprise car rental (beware: those spaces are marked with just one little sign).
I saw the entrances for the on-site lounge and restaurant, but did not look in, although I noticed that their Wi-Fi signals were strong, even in my room across the parking lot.

We stayed one night. When darkness came so did the roaches! HORRIBLE sleepless night with worry! We informed the manager who informed us since we booked through a third party (hotels.com) she could only give us another room or a future night to come back. Um no thank you. Never got an apology. Hotels.com customer service apologized and helped us. We had to exterminate everything we took.

It's a older hotel but clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The water in the shower didn't drain very well at all.

Short and sweet stay at hotel. Just what I needed

There’s different sections to the motel - one with older rooms with exterior doors which are either smoking or used to be smoking and another that’s more hotel-like with room doors inside the building and no smoke smell. The staff was so nice and helpful and got us in the right room for us.

Unfortunately I stayed in a smoker's room.

This hotel was amazing! We weren't expecting much considering how affordable the rooms were but it was fantastic. The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. The whole place was clean including our room. The Mediterranean restaurant attached to the hotel was also wonderful. YOU SHOULD STAY HERE!!!

For an older facility is very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly quiet. Close to everything.

I would not stay here again, room outdated and dinghy, depressing looking

This is an old place. The entire area seems to be 'smoker friendly' --- and many of the people hanging out there seemed to be interested in gambling. The staff were VERY good (nice and accommodating). But the place is simply too old to be nice ---- and the price should be much lower than it was ---

Staff was great. The rooms are spotless.
Very convenient location.

My family enjoyed the quiet and clean room, and the cleaning staff was kind when we asked for extra towels and shampoo. The hospitality staff experience felt transactional. The free breakfast was convenient but just barely above continental status, though we are not fans of biscuits and gravy. They also had imitation scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles, along with instant oatmeal. We stayed in the hotel area, even though most of the property was more like a motel. The jacuzzi bath worked well, but not a deal breaker. The internet was easy to connect to, but I got a warning that the connection was outdated, so I made sure to use my VPN.
