I left a bag here and the staff was so helpful about finding a shipping option that was reasonable as well as taking care of boxing up my belongings! Super friendly staff at this location as well, our stay could not have been better.

Excellent and friendly front desk service. A little disappointed by every other day room service. A two night stay meant no room service at all. No new towels is fine, but it would be nice to have the bed made up and the waste baskets emptied.

We were driving thru with our dog on our way to Minnesota and this was a perfect first stop. Amy at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Put us on the second floor near a stairwell so we could take the dog in and out quickly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is close to many fast food and retail stores so convenient too

Our favorite place to stay in this part of Pittsburgh. Friendly staff, easy free parking, good-sized rooms, pretty good hot breakfast included. It has a number of amenities we never use (gym, pool, PCs, coffee/decaf/tea 24/7, cookies in the afternoon etc). Great place.

The room was clean and decent. We liked the breakfast. The shower head was one of the worst I’ve ever had and the bed was not very comfortable. Pretty average spot for a quick stay.

Convenient to PA turnpike but quiet, no traffic noise. Check in was quick, room is nice and clean.

Grew up in the area and generally love the people in Pittsburgh. Was surprised by the rudeness of the staff. 3 day stay and never refreshed our room. Had to ask on day 2 and was treated to a snarky response with attitude. Will never stay there again and most likely avoid Hilton’s..

Everything about my stay was great. My only issues were the pillows weren’t firm. Out of 4 pillows be nice if 1 was firm. The other problem was the blackout curtains would not cover the whole window. Other than these 2 minor issues I enjoyed my stay and the staff was great.

We only stayed overnight but the little time we were there it was nice. Room was clean. Common areas clean. Front desk staff was really nice.

Mildew in shower and the pool was murky with white foam floating on top. Staff offered to allow our kids to walk across the parking lot in 40 degree weather to us another hotel’s pool as a solution. They claimed it was a chemical imbalance in the pool… it simply needed to be cleaned. They said it was opened 3 hours later and was no inconvenience to us.

We stayed here to attend my son’s college hockey game. This hotel was conveniently located right off the PA TPK and was next door to the Alpha Ice Complex. This is a safe area with plenty off self parking. The staff was friendly - easy check in. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.
