The rooms are highly over priced compared to the service then provide. The property and the rooms are just basic. The bathtub seemed like an old broken tub, the jacuzzi switch didn't work. The shower knob turns off on its own, need to keep the knob lifted for continuous flow of water. A 2 star service with a 5 star pricing, that's all I can say.

We stayed here for 2 nights. On 1st night our AC broke. We called the maintenance and they fixed it and within 2 hours it broke again. We called maintenance and it broke again. When we asked the front desk to give us non AC rooms charges, we were told we should have requested room change. Then we were told we should have called maintenance. When we pointed out that we did call maintenance the manager took the log book to check and then call maintenance to verify our story. The Sr manager on call came in at 11 AM and then was busy on call with someone to see what they can do for us. We paid 30K for 2 rooms for 2 night. We asked for a discount considering we were with 2 children and were sleeping in non AC room in hot weather. But clearly the front staff did not care. They told us we should have asked for alternate accommodations and that it was not their job to give us alternate accommodations. We were being given 2K discount which was not acceptable considering we never got AC and that there was mold in the bathroom. The kids swimming area was unclean and green in color. The adult section was clean and treated properly after close. The wait staff was also good. I am mad at the management for treating guest so poorly and blaming them for not asking to give alternate accomodations or calling maintenance (which we clearly did).

Rooms were clean, lovely stay. Many activities available: spa, swimming pool/hot tub, water park for little kids and water slides for bigger kids, playground, huge trampoline, bike riding. Very courteous staff. Hotels.com seems to have the incorrect photos for the executive room, showing that the executive room is a suite when it is actually just a regular room, so we were confused when we checked in. The hotel staff was so kind and gave us the suite room that was advertised in the app for no extra cost. Areas for improvement: The food was underwhelming, and the mattresses and pillows were not the most comfortable, and they needed more poolside chairs. Overall, it was a great stay.

The stay was good. But the rooms do need repair. Example: there was a small hole in the bath tub which was oozing out dirt, so we could not enjoy the bubble bath. The balcony door lock was broken and that didn't feel safe at all.

I loved the room and the view. Barring a few minor issues, my stay was amazing. My primary purpose for this holiday was relaxation and that was achieved in spades. The food was awesome. The few issues (as mentioned above) were maintenance issues, like the key card didn't work immediately, the tv had problems, the door handle inside the room was broken. But these really were minor issues and we're sorted out immediately by the staff. They also told me that the problems were due to the fact that the room had been inoperative for almost six months. All in all I had the most amazing time at the resort. Absolute kudos to the staff for their wonderful service all while ensuring that cleanliness, sanitization and all norms for this pandemic were maintained!!!!

ok but the staff lack customer friendly ness when we child in girl was superb but the guy with her was trying to act smart.also the breakfast on Sunday had lot of variety but on Monday very few as thr crowd was less they cannot prepare things on the basis of business as the rate of Htl does not change Monday.the staff have no expression on their face .this needs to improve .

The entire stay was fun filled and relaxing. The resort has all amenities that you may need right from water park with rides, swimming pool, game zone, spa, kids play area, restaurant's, and so on. The only point that the hotel can consider in improving is to have the temperature of pool and water park regulated so that the water is not chilled and even kids and have fun at all times of the day.

I visited the resort on the weekend of 8th April 2017 - 9th April 2017. Their check-in and in-room services were good (unclean bath linen were immediately removed and replaced with new ones). But unfortunately during breakfast, we found a live worm in the cold milk. We showed it to the waiter there and he immediately gave us a new glass of milk but we couldn't eat anything that was on display after that. On top of that the restaurant manager did not accept and thought we were lying that there was a worm. Our only mistake was we did not take pic/video of the worm moving about in the glass since before he came the milk was thrown out. The waiter was mum in front of the manager and only after we went away he did agree that there was indeed a worm owing to unclean utensils. We highlighted this at the reception who only apologised and refunded us the breakfast fees. All in all a good time ended in a bad experience.

1. Facility is not a 5 star hotel 2. Rooms were not ready even after 4 days of booking 3. They forgot to clean the room after reminder 4. Food is not at all good, they forgot the order.

I went to lonavala as a city escape and frankly the hotel stood up to all my expectations. Well maintained hotel with clean and effective rooms. The food at the restaurants was worth every penny spent. The best attraction for me was the swimming pool and the games zone. Got the spa under an offer and was really awesome.
