Stayed here while in town for Mardi Gras. Really nice room and staff. Bryan at the front desk is a true professional and great ambassador. Nice breakfast included as well.

As soon as we walked in there was a smile greeting us. Bryant had amazing service, even gave us a business card so we can hand it to the Uber driver after our Mardi Gras Ball.

Bryant was excellent! He is the definition of great customer service. His great attitude cheered me up after our long 9 hour drive from Texas.

It’s a great location with very friendly staff and always clean and nice. Bryant was at the desk when I checked in and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

The stay was great, however the staff was cleaning the breakfast up and hour early and we were left without breakfast. If breakfast is served at certain hours it seems the staff would replenish rather than shut it down, seems to be a rip off

Honestly was a great hotel and super clean and very friendly staff. The only reason that I didn't give an absolutely perfect review was that there was a little bit of ick on the shower bottom and the inside of the sliding door. Not a big deal. I loved the decor and the updated mirror and barn door detail. The room setup was so nice and felt like we had tons of room. The divider between the "living room" and the bedroom was a great idea!

Great service. Bryant was the best. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The waffle was awesome.

Every thing is excellent

Stay was good. They even allowed us to check in pretty late like around 2am, so really thankful for that!

Room was clean and nice. The breakfast was weak. Only sausage sandwiches and the cereal was stale.

The service was very good. People at the front desk really helpful. However, they explained to me that the vent in the bathroom is designed to never turn off and it can be noisy at night. Also there is a ventilation at the entrance door sending cold air in the room that is also not very comfortable during winter time.

Property needs a dramatic refresh. Leak in the dining area; hole in the bedroom lampshade ; holes in bed linens.

Staff was super friendly. We stopped for 1 night during a roadtrip, and were very pleased.

The property was located close to where I wanted to go, it was well lit, with easy access to the highway and close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely will recommend, service was top notch and properly was clean.

From check in to check out wonderful experience. Kobe at front desk was a pleasant welcome to our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.

First time in Mobile and needed a hotel on our way to Biloxi. This was the perfect location and a very nice hotel! Clean rooms and lobby, all the staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good and they even had gluten free bread option (Have to ask for it). I would love to see more non-dairy items, such as almond milk or yogurt, for some more option.Beds were also very comfy, and price was great! Highly recommend this place if you need a nice hotel in a safe area. It is just around the corner from Half Shell Oyster House, which is a great place for lunch or dinner!

Nice people

Some lights in the room didn't work , special the next to the bed . And for breakfast I was 30 minutes before closing , but that's was nothing to eat . Nobody was over there to fill up for 25 minutes.

Property well maintained. Very cordial and pleasant staff. Location well and centrally located to our medical needs. Shall stay here on subsequent visits to Mobile.

It was horrible. I chose this hotel because I stayed at other locations and the rooms, quality, service and comfortability was top notch. We arrived at around 10:30am. We all noticed how hot it was in the hallway once we got off the elevator to go to the room. We got in the room it was worse. We turned on the AC and after 15 mins, we noticed it was not cooling the room. Normally, when you enter the rooms, it’s usually too cold to where you have to turn the temperature up. I went to front desk to see if we could change rooms. It was 3 people. I reserved 2 Queen Bed room. The front desk clerk who was not rude, but told me she only had King available. I had no choice but to accept. My husband said he will sleep on sofa bed. We go to the room now it’s after 11:30am. We get to that room, he pull out the sofa, there was no mattress and the sofa pillows were damaged and lopsided so he couldn’t take the sheets and cover the pillows to sleep. I went back to front desk n told her, she put us in another room with King size bed with sofa bed. Again no mattress, but this time the sofa pillows were in better condition to where he could put the sheets over the sofa pillows to sleep. By this time it was almost 1 am. Needless to say his back was hurting in the morning. I just got back at my home today 9/9/23 n will be calling hotels.com. I was told by the manager I need to call Hotels . Com first. She said she would adjust the bill. We will see.

Quiet hotel and easy parking

Checking in was efficient and the front desk was very friendly. However, our room was in very bad condition. Our room was very run down and dirty (nothing to do with updating, even though that would hurt. I’m purely talking about the condition of the room). We had to strip our comforter and sheets off because it was dirty (looks like blood stains, Husband said let’s hope it was make up stains). Carpet was torn up all over and walls was are dirty and damaged. Went for a shower to get it all over with and the conditioner was completely out. The air conditioning was running all night making the room so cold, but if we bring it up then it shuts down completely (making the room too stuffy). Breakfast was available but mediocre at best. Orange juice and milk were all out and the food selection was bad. They had a biscuit sausage sandwich and it was falling apart before we were able to get it on out plates. Sandwiches at gas stations can put them to shame.

This was a very convenient location and not far from the hospital.

This is our second stay at this property. Nice location! Clean room. Complimentary breakfast is meh. Our first check-in experience was great. This time the check in staff seemed curt.

Springhill Suites was very quiet and clean. Would recommend.
