The rooms and beds very clean. Very quiet. I found the staff unfriendly when I checked in. Never saw anyone again thru our stay. VERY little breakfast and no decafe. coffee.

Clean, large rooms with small refrigerator and microwave. Convenient location, close to UWEC, for a great price.

This place was very clean. The room was huge. Had a fridge and microwave, but no coffee maker. No big deal since there is a convenience store right across the street. The only complaint is that we booked a king size bed and got 2 doubles instead. We were too tired to switch, so we didn't mess with it.

The person at the front desk was difficult to understand. Breakfast was terrible (cereal, banana, stale mini cinabuns). Carpet in room felt dirty. The only amenity worthwhile was free bottled water.

I stayed two nights one week apart. Easy to find, convenient, and very inexpensive. For the price it was a very good deal. The internet the first night was not reliable

It was good for the price, but the tub drain wasn't working properly and the tub filled with water each time a person showered in our room.

The hotel is older but comfortable. Price was very good.

Most of it was good could have more variety for breakfast...the biggest issue was that other guests should be more quiet instead of being loud at 5:30 a.m.and respectful

For the price I payed for the two nights, I was pleasantly surprised that I felt safe and comfortable around the staff and the people in the location were sketchy. The area was picked up and clean. I got my deposit back, no problem and the tv and wifi worked. the Shower pressure was amazing!

Had to make a quick stop in Eau Claire and didn't have a reservation. Found this little spot and it was excellent for the price. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I found a bag of dildos under the mattress. The carpet had a bit of junk like paper scraps, especially in the corners. Other than that the room met my expectations.

Furnishings seemed new and room was clean. It was a good stay.

Stayed overnight with my best friend and we LOVED this place! Wonderful staff, comfy beds, CLEAN room, unique lobby.. records available to play in our room, great restaurant on site. A 10/10 experience. The ice cream shop across the street is amazing!!

A HORROR SHOW!!! I reserved a double queen room for $102.09 on Expedia for myself & my best friend. I was told upon check-in that I had to give $25 CASH, on top of having my credit card on file. It seemed odd, but I was tired and didn’t want to deal with a hassle.. I gave them the $25 cash. The service from the middle aged Indian man that checked us in wasn’t superb but it wasn’t awful either. We were only at the hotel to sleep.. we went to check out at 6 am. I was greeted with an older Indian female that morning. She was so rude it felt surreal. She began to bicker with me when I requested the $25 cash be returned to me. She asked if we had MEN in the room.., I joke you not. She assumed that two white ladies checking into this hotel were prostitutes!! She demanded I get all of my belongings out of the room and she CHECKED the room for MEN before rudely handing me the cash and storming off. She treated me like a filthy criminal not worthy of basic respect, I watched multiple men dropping off key cards while I waited for my friend to pull up. When I asked them, NONE of these men were asked for the cash deposit. I later found out this is a poorly run sleazy motel whom caters to a drug crowd. I am a 52 year old professional female & I have NEVER been treated so appallingly in my life. I will be attempting to report this establishment for discrimination. If you are a female staying alone.. RUN from this hell-hole!!

I liked that the motel is family owned and not boring corporate. Everything was in good shape and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The big pillows were great for side sleeping but flatter pillows for back sleepers like me would be nice. The shower was great and new water saving toilet. The only downside was that there was considerable noise outside for part of the night. Seemed to be an event or something with the University?

The rooms were updated, modern, and VERY clean. The beds were comfortable.

Run down in the room smelled bad. Could have stayed at the super 8 right next door for the same amount of money and the super 8 building looked new and clean. This place had a little higher rating and I can't imagine why.

Ask for non Smoking but did not get it .. States a breakfast come with , a piece of bread is not a breakfast . Upon check out no one was around to even talk to . Should be offer some type of credit !!! Gary Mutchler

For someone only looking for a clean bed to sleep in for a few hours and hot shower. Between long days of driving this place fit our needs. Great price. Definitely skip the continental breakfast they provide. Coffee wasn’t even hot when it was first put out. I would stay here again if passing through the town again.

Check in was easy, staff was nice. Room was clean-no frills, but good for a one night stop that doesn’t break the bank.

Have stayed multiple times, cheap, clean, safe and convenient. Keep your expectations in line and remember how much you're paying for your room. The owner is personable and interested in you having a satisfactory stay. Decent location with plenty of food and convenience stores nearby. Definitely an older motel but is being kept up to date.

Absolutely the cleanest and well-maintained budget motel I have ever stayed at. For the price point I can't complain about the small breakfast... There is a quick Star gas station across the road with wonderful coffees and breakfast items if you want more than what this motel offers. Refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, ice machine all work properly. Even the parking lot has been newly resurfaced and painted.
