The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My daughter and her teammates had a blast in the pool.

We had a great time ! Clean hotel with pleasant staff and easy accesss to the casino with shuttles running non stop. Plus the pool is open late !

When reserving it states that the hotel is on the same property as the casino it is not. There was mold in our shower. The hotel itself is run down especially for a casino hotel, it smells old amd they try to cover it up with airfreshmers in the hallways

The sound proofing is very poor at this hotel. I heard the couple next door fighting, their kids yelling. I turned the TV up loud to drown them out.

For a sold out hotel we had a fabulous stay. We were at the end of the hall. Very quiet and relaxing. We love your pillows!!

The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel was clean and we loved using the pool and hot tub and the location was very convenient to downtown Petoskey and shopping.

Our room was clean. The breakfast was nice with hot and cold food and beverages.
We got $10 coupons for each guest to play in the Odawa Casino.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, but very outdated. Snow removal in parking lot was not kept up with.

The hotel is very dated. The bathroom could use some serious attention. The bedroom was a bit more updated ad has a fridge and keurig. But the matress was in pretty bad shape. The front desk staff and shuttle driver were very friendly....as a heads up the hotel is not on the same property as the casino (a poor assumption on our part). Didn't try the breakfast but it smelled good.

Good location near to multiple ski hills. Nice lobby, nice room. Bed was comfy with good pillows. Shower had very low water pressure and water never got hot, just lukewarm. Breakfast was subpar

Nice property. Pool goes to adult only at 10pm so thats nice. Shuttles to and from the casino. Breakfast included, just wish it ran a little latter.

The employees were great, front desk was so helpful, went out of thier way, to giving my sister a pop because she needed a clear one, willing to offer us a different room bigger but couldnt because i used hotels.com, but we now know that they work w customers, especially if you up there for a hospital surgery or something medical. Breakfast was great, didnt use pool or hot tub this time but looked nice and clean. Front desk people really was absolutely amazing. Will go there again.

Room number was said out loud. No direction was given to the elevator. Rooms smelled or old cigarettes. Food was on the floor from previous guests. Would not stay here again. Too many other options in the area.

This will be the fourth year Neuro I have stayed here. During the winter time. The room was disappointing, it needed a deep clean in the bathroom. It was showing signs of where all throughout the hotel room. The staff was very good. the breakfast was more than adequate.

Enjoyed the casino shuttle
what I didn't like was I was harrassed but what I assume was a homeless person outside the door and in the lobby. She also slept on the bench in the lobby and verbally attacked me for walking by her. She wasn't something I expected from a reputable hotel in the area. I was uncomfortable. The desk personel seems used to her and wasn't phased she just verbally attacked me. Infact the desk clerk didn't say anything. I don't think I'd stay there again.

The hotel was quiet, v clean, nice place for us for a night. Breakfast offered cereal, pancakes, omelets, etc. Very competitive price.

A very nice hotel, well kept. They give you a food and casino voucher also and have a free shuttle to the casino. I never made it to the breakfast or the pool yet but I will definitely stay again. The price was right.

They have a shuttle bus to take you to the casino, but it doesn't start driving before 4pm

Nice enough place to stay. Got over it being far from the gaming floor. Allowed me to see the lovely city of Petoskey.

The regular rooms are very small, but clean. The first room we were in had a horrible shower head that sprayed in a thousand directions and the window seal leaked so the wall and window sill were constantly wet, as was the floor by the window. It was obvious that they had tried and failed to repair this properly. However, when I brought up these two items to the manager, he was more than accommodating and upgraded us to a different room at no extra charge. Moving was a little bit of a pain, but we appreciated the sentiment all the same. The suite was much bigger and everything worked properly so we were very happy with that and appreciated his generosity.

Overall was a great place to stay. Very nice breakfast. The shower floor had some tiles missing which didn’t feel the best when showering, other than that it was good.
