Room was dirty and Manager said they wouldn't do anything about....they said to file a complaint with Expedia and that they would talk to Expedia but not me.

My complaint was the mouse droppings in the room & no coffee in the morning when I went to get a cup. The girl was on her phone & show interest in making more.

Stayed 3 nights, was told I had to wait for housekeeping to get any towels or toilet paper, then when I asked the manager for clean bedding . I had to do it myself and take out the dirty bedding outside, btw I'm 8 months pregnant, will never stay again

The property is old and the oil field is booming so I’m sure some of the wear and tear is due to that…overall it was a nice stay! The front desk lady was super sweet and helpful! I would stay again!

If you are looking a hotel to rest please do not waste you money, this is not the one for you. The room wasn’t clean

The room was very nice the beds were very comfortable had really good cable and Wi-Fi ! The place was very quiet and peaceful!! This will be our motel when we visit Odessa again ♥️

The bad was dirty…. THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS….. There were people outside drinking. They never went to clean….. Horrible Place. I try to cancel next day, they didn’t let me! Please never stay there.

I was told my debit card was declined so I left go stay somewhere else. I still got charged for the room.

Room had sticky bathroom floors, oil on curtains and various places throughout the room, pillow case and bed cover had black marks (oil) on them. Towels were yellowing and had stains.

Check-in was phenomenally slow. The room was dirty. Hair and crud on the threadbare sheets. Counter in the bathroom was filthy. Floors unswept. Bathroom sink didn't work. Most expensive hotel on our trip through Texas, but in the worst condition.

It was okay for the price. They have breakfast but I didn’t make it. Beds aren’t too bad, there was a half drank soda on the fridge. The TV is kinda small and kind of low, however there are plenty channels... although it takes a while to scroll through all them. There was loud ppl next to us, I recommend getting a room away from others.

couch and towels had stains, leftover trash from previous guests under table. bed was comfortable sheets were a little dirty

Staff was neutral didn’t felt appreciate it like other hotels, the room was clean overall but could of been better. The fact their parking spaces are so close to each other my new truck got hit by the guys next to me while they were opening their doors.

Single female traveler, felt unsafe, got absolutely no sleep, the cabinet in the kitchen was broken, along with the handle on the dresser also being broken. The toilet paper had not been restocked. Overall not the best experience. Front desk was friendly though.

Room had no hot water, fridge didnt work, they moved me to a new room- but it was already occupied. The next room had a smoke alarm that kept going off. Overall, dont stay there unless you have to

Room was clean. I expected door slamming in the morning from the oil workers, but didn't happen! TV was small. Free breakfast was not appealing, went to IHOP.
