This is a very nice place my mother in law was in hospital this was just down the street people were great so clean

Great hotel located right off the interstate and only about 20-30 mins away from downtown Nashville. Also close to shopping and groceries if you need that. The hotel was very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Check in was quick.

From checkninnto check out everyone and everything was great. Staff was amazing! Property a little dated but very comfortable. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much but i brought my own. Everything was clean, breakfast was a plus.

I would definitely stay here again. It was easy to get to, parking lot was well lit, check in was easy and quick and very friendly, and the room was nice. The room was clean and it was nice to have the little kitchen area. I didn't hear any noise through the walls or from outside. Beds were comfy and we slept good. It was only 20 minutes from the zoo which is where we were going.
Overall the place seemed clean and safe, the staff seemed nice, and the room was comfortable to be in.

What a comfortable stay. He room was well organized with plenty of storage for a longer stay. Every person on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and it felt like home!

Room was very clean, staff was very friendly. I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. Plus, they're doing real breakfast food in the mornings! I've stayed at a few hotels the past year and they've all stopped giving out hot food.

I liked having the full size fridge and availability of ice machine to refill cooler. I came for a sporting event so we had lots of water and drinks with us. The pool was nice hut really cold which was surprising since it was really hot out.
The continental breakfast was inconsistent but still provided for an on-site free option.

The hotel staff is pretty friendly, accommodating abd help full. Most of the cleaning servers are great with the exception of one long haired gentleman

I am not sure why this hotel has such high reviews. The bathroom had a public bathroom smell with dirt and multiple hair stuck on the sink. This was not something that was not cleaned from the previous guest, but it appears to be had been there for a while. The toilet had marks inside the bowl. You can guess what kind of marks. There was garage around the bin in the bathroom. We were staying here for a night on our back to FL. If we had not arrived so late at night we definitely would have moved to another hotel. The reason for us picking this hotel was because of the high reviews and the EV charger. The charger saved us some time in the morning, but still definitely not worth the stay.

Traveling with young children is difficult so you can imagine our excitement when we found a reasonably priced room with a full kitchen. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

The stay was amazing, very comfy and very clean. With all the amenities needed to make my stay easy.
The staff was very friendly and even offered complimentary water for the room (which was a nice touch).
I recommend this hotel, and will be staying here whenever I am back in the Nashville area for business.

Hotel was top notch. Restaurants in area were closed, we’re assuming because of weather. So we found a grocery store, bought food and we’re thrilled that our suite had everything we needed to cook, utensils, plates, glasses and space to enjoy our meal. Turned out great for us. Loved the room and staff. Booked another Towneplace for tonight.

Not as clean as I expected based on ratings I read. Stove in kitchenette rimmed with grease and there were splashes on doors, cupboards and appliances from previous guests not wiped up.

I stay here often for work...Love this place, it really feels like a home away from home.Also, they have EV chargers, (tesla included) which is important for me

Kitchenette was outstanding. Full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher! Everything was clean. To us, the beds were uncomfortable. Also, room temperature couldn't be adjusted. Heat was set to 72. Too warm for us.
