Great location. Short walk from J Sorolla, the main train station. Also situated at the southern end of the old town which makes covering all the historical landmarks by foot easy. The beaches and the modern parts of the city are also within easy reach by public transportation.

Two night stay in a lofted apartment with kitchen. Perfect location, very helpful staff, extremely clean and comfortable stay. We also rented the bikes which were well maintained. Will definitely return! Thank you very much to Yoann and your team!

We stayed for three nights. Everything was perfect - from the communication before the stay (we checked-in after the reception had closed) to the actual stay. The staff were very courteous, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for exploring Valencia on foot. Would definitely recommend!

Marga was very helpful overall, great comunicación skills. I love the comfort that this hotel provided, I enjoyed the fresh air , the balcony was a plus. Overall we had a great stay . Transportation was just steps away, food walking distance. Grocery store was located across street. I will stay again if I travel to Valencia again.

Very clean quiet and comfortable apartment that was larger than I expected. I especially enjoyed the YouTube on the tv. The air conditioning was great too. An excellent place to stay in the beautiful city of Valencia.

The hotel is great and the location is 10 minutes walk from everything. The staff are excellent and the rooms are great. The only issue is finding the hotel in a car is a bit of a challenge - initial parking is tough. Once you are checked in, the parking lot is a 2 min walk away and easy enough, but too far if you have a lot luggage

Our room was clean and nicely furnished, with couple of exceptions. Although we made it clear that we needed to use the bed AND the sofa bed, there was no bedding for the sofa bed when we arrived. Also no blankets in the entire unit. Bedding for the sofa bed was delivered the next day, but blankets were not delivered for two days. The hotel is on a very busy street, and our room fronted the street. So very noisy if you open the french doors, which is the only way to get fresh air. Room was also kind of dark. Otherwise room was very serviceable and the folks at the front desk were nice and helpful. Overall i would give it a B+.

Nice, comfortable and spacious room (with comfortable beds for 3 persons!!) in between the heart of the city (Old Town, shopping street, etc) and Ruzafa- the hippest part of Valencia (great bars and restaurants!). Notice that this is an apartment-hotel with no restaurant or daily cleaning service. Reception had limited opening hours but this was clearly stated, so on surprises. Perhaps a full-size mirror would be good to have in the room.

Very good set up, for a short stay - kitchen is ample for making coffee/tea, breakfast. For a place where you could cook meals, I would say it is a bit under equipped - could use a couple more cups and plates. Shower had great pressure but we were late getting going one morning and seemed to have run out of hot water :(. Walking distance to the Valencia Nord train station and old town. Hotel has a small concession for emergency supplies like wine and coffee and also there is a vending machine. Lots and lots of cafes and bars close by. We would stay again, especially for a short stay.

The bedroom was seperate and had a good shower room. The hotel itself was close to the bars and restaurants and a short walk to the old town. We were very happy with our choice of hotel.

Marc was great with our check in and was able to give us lots of information about the area. The hotel was modern, very clean and quiet. Our room was facing the main street and was very noisy with the window open, however when the window was closed it was very quiet. It was a good location, close to the train which we arrived on and the historic district. We rented bikes the next day and rode to a few sights that were a bit further away and to the beach. A great way to get around in the city as there are many kilometres of bike lanes. Great value for what we paid and received.

The staff! We were received by Carmen who went out of her way to make us feel good and gave us all the information needed. With her positive attitude she gave a positive spin to our stay and was helpfull all along our stay. The room we got was huge and super clean. Near a great area of Valencia if you want to relax and enjoy the ambiance while sipping a cold refreshment. Markets are not far and you can even rent a bike in the hotel. Like it is mentioned higher, the staff is great. Thank you Carmen.

FIRST TIME IN VALENCIA IT WAS AMAZING! It was sunny one day and cool and lightly rained the next day . Layer for sure.
