Hotel was nice but the elevator stunk really bad. The first room we got smelled to smoke a lot. They did change the room and the front desk person was really accommodating. Breakfast was really good, though.

I was truly amazed how clean and modern this hotel was. I just didn't like the smell of the elevator but besides that I love it and the staff

The rooms are nice! The elevator was hot no air exchange when on the elevator. The mattresses are extremely firm making it difficult to have a full night sleep. On the positive side the staff was very kind and friendly!

The stay was good. The water was brown. I wasn't use to that, and the water pressure was low.

We came for a high school graduation. We found out upon arrival that the elevator was down and wouldn’t be operational until the next day. Besides this the hotel was great.

A couple of disappointments. First the lock on room door did not lock, could enter room without a room key. Made the desk clerk aware of this when I discovered it. Second, only one ice machine for the entire hotel. This was on first floor next too front desk. My room was on third floor.

Great hotel, very quiet and pet friendly

This was an overnight stay on a longer trip. Staff was quite nice. I did not eat breakfast there. This is not a “quick off/quick on” hotel as it’s a ways off the highway, tucked back on a winding road. There are no gas stations or fast food places near it. You have to go back out toward the highway to get quick amenities.

Not sure the last time the carpet was cleaned in our room. Everything else seemed pretty clean. There are things that had been broken ( baseboards in the bathroom, door stopper on bathroom door, paint chipped off the walls) that should be something continuously checked and fixed.

Was in town for a a sporting event. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our room faced the highway, so it was a little noisy at night when trying to sleep. The elevator had some loose tiles on the floor that need to be fixed, but other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

It was very clean and the staff were nice. They gave me toothbrush and toothpaste, since I had forgot mine at home. They also opened up the breakfast bar about 15 minutes early for people who had to leave at 6:00 AM.

The hotel is actually pretty nice. The staff is kind and attentive. Everything was very clean.
But the water! Apparently it's a town problem. The water is brownish. It's disgusting. We couldn't stand to bathe in it or drink it. No way we're stopping in Monroe on the drive back.

We were traveling cross country and this stop was a rest stop after 8 hours on the road. The hotel was fine, room was clean and breakfast was nice to start the day.

This is a great spot to stay when you’re in Monroe. The walls are pretty thin and I could hear my neighbor talking, but overall it was quiet. Very clean and it’s nice that they provide breakfast and coffee. Staff was all very friendly. I’d stay here again.
Heads up - the entrance/exit is a SUPER steep hill (I have a camper), but you can turn up the road before and come in the back of the parking lot to avoid the hill.

Right off I220. Front desk was easy, sweet and very helpful. Everything is clean. Restaurants galore near by. Is also an updated La Quinta. Treated my dog just as a guest. Highly recommend

Room, and the hotel in general, was in good order. It was a comfortable stay and I would choise this hotel if I'm in the area again. Good parking, decent breakfast, friendly staff, easy access to Hwy 20 with plenty of shops just around the corner.

From the time I arrived the front desk staff made sure I had all that i needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Each morning and throughout the day I encountered friendly and welcoming staff members that made you feel appreciated for having chosen this La Quinta. From Charliesa and Mrs. Winnie to the entire team, this La Quinta has definitely earned my future business. Warm and friendly faces no matter the time of day made for an incredibly Blessed stay

The light in the bathroom was out. I told the front desk and she said the parts were on back order. The toilet had not been cleaned. It was dirty.

Very clean and modern however, housekeeping was non-existent. 4-day stay, clean towels 1 day and no clean sheets at all.

Was somewhat disappointed after reading good reviews of this hotel. Front entrance area had lots of weeds, entry and desk area was nice and clean. 1st room had no soap and sink drain leaked when water was turned on. Changed to 2nd room. Basically clean. Bedding was clean and bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfasts. They had waffles, breads etc but no butter for the 4 days we were there even after food delivery. No orange juice for 2 days. Employees were friendly and helpful. Being located by the freeway it was noisy until about 2AM then got quiet till about 6AM. Considering the lower price and difficulty keeping help now days it was adequate.
