I think the food options could be better or at least switched up some for different days but other than that everything was great

Staff was phenomenal. Loved hoiw well they engaged with the the vacationers. Blue,Afro and lilly were my favourite staff.

The staff are very accommodating to your requests and go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. The food and showtime were both good. I like having partial access to Riu Montego. As a guest of Reggae you can access beach, pool, lunch and entertainment at Montego, which is a few minutes down the beach. The entrance and foyer at Reggae was a bit of a letdown and was not as inviting as expected. A refresh would help first impressions of the property. Proximity to the airport is a bonus with less than 20 mins commute.

Had a great time vacationing at this resort! The staff was very friendly and helpful!! There was a different activity each day at Reggae or one of their sister resorts. Wasn’t too thrilled about the restaurants on site. They all pretty much offered the same things as the buffet restaurant.

My husband and I stayed 1 week at Riu Reggae and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The property is stunning, the staff are amazing, entertainment was spectacular and the food was excellent. Don't miss the Silent Disco...best time ever!!! Also the other themed performances were amazing...so much talent. I really hope management appreciates all their staff. I saw how hard they work to make guests feel welcomed and happy. It's not management who makes guests want to come back, it's the staff. Without your staff you wouldn't have happy guests. Blessings.

This property was nice and open! I liked the staff and how lively they were! One complaint I do have is the pool closing so early at 6pm!

They are limited to activities, or if you want to do anything you have to go to Rui Montego Bay. Pool closes extra early at 6pm sharp

They did not keep the resort clean only around the lobby. Food on the one elevator throughout the hotel. It’s not an entertainment resort very boring. Some staff members were excellent but majority had very bad attitudes. Chukka rep swore at me and got in my face after we told her the bus did not stop at the lobby. We watched it drive past. I would NEVERRRR RECOMMEND This place to anyone. Please find someone where to stay

Hotel was keep up, outside exterior was neat,and clean. Staff was courteous, the dinning was Awesome.

The property was great! The entertainment was amazing! Shout out to Bumbi, Lilly, Twinkle, Afro, Bolt, Blue, Spade and Colourz for making our stay amazing! We had a great time and definitely recommend anyone to go to Riu Reggae

Clean resort with a gorgeous view! Most of the staff are friendly, some need a little work. Overall stay was great!

Good place for budget conscious traveler. Small property with good security. Buffet better than restaurants that requires reservations. Steakhouse not really a steakhouse, only offered ribeye steak. Strong drinks if you asked for it. On property activities throughout the day. Smaller beach but just enough for resort size.

The entertainment was excellent, breakfast and lunch buffet, not very good. But you did have the jerk chicken shack which was excellent

The resort was small but overall it was really nice. The food was really good especially at the a la carte restaurants. The resort has a party vibe but also has an area for quiet and relaxing for those that want it. The staff were attentive and nice. My only complaint is that the kayakers made us feel uncomfortable to go toward the beach.

Pretty clean room and facility. Excellent entertainment and entertainment staff. But no smile from any other staff, especially in the restaurants and worse at the bar.
