This place is set up for overnight stays, we had a box of a room, it was reasonable for one person but not a couple. We were climbing over bags to get to the bathroom or out the door. As I say overnight yes, any long find somewhere else with a room that will provide you the ability to walk around in the room. Breakfast was great you have a choice of Japanese cuisine or western cuisine or you could blend the two.

Just a stone throw walking distance from Hiroshima station underground pass. The room we got has a good view of the river and roomier than the last APA twin in Hakata. Breakfast is tasty and have many choices. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Kid dropped a spoon and staff ran over picked it up and brought and new one ... amazing and respect.

Hiroshima was a good place to visit. Very thought provoking. The hotel is well situated for the station and the peace park. Its clean and practical. However the bed and especially the pillows are the most uncomfortable ive come across at any hotel ive stayed at.

Hotel has smoking rooms. Make sure to book the correct one. I booked the smoking room by mistake and the hotel did not have another room to offer

No housekeeping everyday, we stayed 3 days and the rooms were not cleaned every day. Room started stinking on 3rd as the bathrooms were not cleaned. sugar and milk supplies were rationed.

This is a big place 60 rooms per floor and feels a bit like an impersonal factory. Automatic check in system wouldn’t accept either of my credit cards, even though they have been accepted at all other accomodation on my trip. Bathrooms could do with Amore thorough clean to remove mold. Rooms are small but I expected this.

A nice hotel, not too far from Hiroshima Station (train and bus). A few dining options that are walking distance from the hotel. There is a Lawson just at the entrance to the hotel lobby, that was very convenient. If you arrive earlier than your check in time, the hotel will help store your luggage until you return later.

Locations is great! Close to train station and easy to get to. Very close to shopping mall and restaurants at train station. Many restaurants to choose from, all were very good! Loved that there were 7 washer/dryers for use!

I had a problem at check-in as they couldn't find my reservation. It was the same as in Tokyo which I already informed you about. We will clarify upon my return to Fance. Best regards

We only spent one night in Hiroshima so our stay was short. The hotel was close to the museum which is what we wanted. The staff was professional and make check-in/check-out very easy. The rooms were comfortable although a bit dated in the interior design but who cares. For a quick stay, it was perfect.

The check-in service needs improvement. Every time I stayed in a APA Hotel, it was just necessary to give my name and an ID. Why this time did they needed to use a complicated system, and almost not find my name or reservation?

Same as every other APA hotel. They have a stupid, annoying, needless, time-wasting check-in process. They are so slow and the customer has to do all the work.
