We did a mini family staycation with our 5 adult children and grandchildren. We had 5 rooms, and everything was great for the money. The front desk was the most helpful.

Door lock was literally useless. You could engage it and the door would slide right by and open. They also sold me expired food.

Checked in and it wasn’t mentioned that wifi and cable were out. Phones in the room don’t have a button for the front desk so had to go down to find out.

Nice place, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was typical for a continental breakfast, simple but edible. We did think the bed linens left some to be desired.

The staff were so friendly. The rooms are huge and clean! Breakfast and coffee were really good as well. They did accommodate our 2 dogs which was fantastic!

Dog walk area was filthy. I wouldn't allow my dog to use the area. Despite there being bags people obviously didn't use them and area was heavy in poop

The sign at the street was not lit so I missed the entrance and it’s not easy to turn around. Facility was very clean and the breakfast was good.

The hotel listing showed EV charging is available there, which is not accurate. There are zero EV chargers at the hotel. The staff did not understand why the listing still showed EV charging, leading us to believe that other travelers had questioned this. Other than than that issue, we had a good stay. Friendly, helpful staff; a spacious, clean, and quiet room. Plenty of parking available.

Homewood suites was my saving grace after leaving a hotel Friday night that was covered in roaches, trash, and mold. The midnight desk clerk was so nice and welcoming, he deserves a raise. He gave me waters and chocolate and made sure everything was taken care of for me. Definitely will stay there again!

This is one of the top 5 hotels I have ever stayed in. Very clean, fantastic room, bathroom was clean, very reasonably priced for what we got. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel advertised free breakfast from 7 am to 10 am. At 9:40 the restaurant ran out of food and didn't let guests know until they asked. The staff was very dismissive of the guests and said they ran out of food and this was all they had. When the manager was called, she explained that she underordered for the number of guests and wasn't expecting the guests to take so much food.
This was particularly frustrating. I've stayed at Homewood Suites many times and never had this problem. And the staff dismissal was particularly frustrating. I expect better from this hotel

It was really nice! I wasn't expecting much but it ended up being a really nice stay. Housekeeping didn't clean our room the one day we were there, but it wasn't a big deal. The rooms were spacious and the morning breakfast on the first floor was very convenient. We'd stay here again.

Months before our trip, I called the hotel & spoke to the front desk prior to booking to clarify & confirm which rooms had a bedroom door. I was advised to book the king studio suite. Upon check in, we did not get the room we thought (studio-misadvised). The front desk staff was very nice & told us to check back in the am to switch rooms but they couldn’t help because they were sold out. The initial room was terrible. It had wet & soggy carpets, the night stand & bathroom doors were broken & fell off. The bathroom had a disgusting white stain on the wall by the towel hook. Gross! The hotel manager said “oh you book through Expedia” but agreed to check out the room. The next day, we were placed in a different room with a bedroom door(the room we originally wanted: “suite”). It was much a better room but the bathroom had a hole in the wall. For this relatively new building it was subpar. The breakfast was great & Kim, the front desk manager was accommodating & helpful. The online room description was confusing & it was hard to book the desired room. A very disappointing stay. The Hilton can do much better.

Everything was perfect, loved the beds and bedding. Staff very friendly. Wednesday night social hour was a very pleasant surprise. Food was really good.All complimentary! We look forward to staying with you again!!

Checked in on Thursday, June 29th and had to check out on July 3rd. Called the hotel to change the reservation and they had no issue with it however I needed to contact Expedia to change the reservation. Expedia refused to allow me to change my dates even though the hotel had no issue with it. The hotel was sold out. And my room was being turned over before I even left the parking lot to be rented out. I paid for two days I couldn't use and the hotel rented my room to someone else. Expedia and Hotel got paid twice, I got screwed. The room was not cleaned once while I was there. We used the same towels over and over.
