If you need to actually get sleep, don’t let them put you in room 120. We were right next to the lobby and it was LOUD. I had to call the front desk a couple of times to ask them to have the guests in the lobby to be quiet.
And although the room seemed clean, we literally found a clump of hair placed on the shower wall in a super obvious eye-level spot, making me wonder how/if the shower was cleaned at all before our stay.

The hotel was nice. The double queen bed room I stayed in was nice. I liked the walk in closet. The scent of the shower gel was nice. I was disappointed but the fact there was no body lotion. You have to bring your own. Breakfast was decent.

We had so many issues in the first 15 minutes of getting into our room. The staff ended up moving us rooms but the employee that moved us rlinto a different room didn't put in the computer she moved us so a day after being there we had a random person open our door with a key card. It was supposed to be their room for that night

Unfortunate, they did not have enough breakfast for the guests. There were guests from other hotels sharing the pool which was over crowded. the floors were dirty and the lights in my room were not working properly.

Convenient to Wright Patterson.
Shower leaked into room below us and an employee contacted us about it, and then nothing. We waited over an hour to continue with our showers and never heard from anyone again.
Breakfast on Friday was packed, only 2 empty tables in the entire place and they did not keep the food supplied through 9:00am. When I came down with 5-10 minutes remaining of breakfast, there were literally a couple of bagels, a couple of english muffins & 2 strips of chicken and over 10 people waiting in line to get that. Very disappointed that they let the food run out close to end of service when there were so many people obviously still hungry.

We have stayed before and felt neutral about this accommodation but the excellent rating on hotels.com prompted us to give it another try. WHAT A MISTAKE!! The floors were dirty the pool was COLD and dirty there was not enough breakfast either morning and instead of the staff doing something about any of this they just commiserated with us. NEVER AGAIN!

Check in was great. The room was nice and clean.
However, once the staff changed so did the service. My key card quit working, I went to the service desk, there was no one there.
Tried using the pool, it was ice cold! Tried calling the front desk to get some towels, no answer! Had to shower with hand towels. I paid too much money to stay here for this type of service.

Our first night there we let the front desk know that the toilet handle was broken and it made flushing the toilet very hard. We stayed from the 12-23 through 12-26-2023 and it was never corrected.

This is a really nice hotel, the room was ezceptionally clean and the layout is very thoughtful and comfortable. No really trouble with the noise and there is lots of parking. The breakfast choices were a little limited and we didnt use the pool so can't speak to that. Front desk was friendly and someone was there all the time. It is in a shopping center area,which makes for some congestion and driving confusion, but otoh if you need a place to eat or shop there are LOTS of choices. We would stay here again.

An amazing location for seeing the Air Force Museum, Wright State or the Air Force base. You can walk to no less than 10 restaurants! A great place to just park the car and have a grand selection of places. The mall is also within a quick walk as is a major movie theater. Won’t be stuck in your room at this hotel! Staff was courteous and proactively dealt with an issue in my room ( the AC contacted the front desk and asked for service before I could do it!). Good for the value, location is around so much as to be the perfect choice.

Our room 528 was great except that when we took a shower the water did not drain our of the tub timely....I was freaking drowning in there!

Check in was easy and the room was just as requested. We used the common area to visit with family and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was had a huge amount of choices and was hot.

Lovely hotel. Neat and clean. Staff very pleasant, receptive, and friendly. The bed unfortunately was lumpy and hard making sleep difficult. A good night’s sleep is very important to me. Other than that, a very nice experience. Please update your king beds.

Rooms on top floor hard to cool. Beds ok. Continental breakfast till 9am?? Small bar which was nice. Definitely not worth 200 a night!

We were greeted by everyone on this friendly staff. Even other guests were friendly. This staff handled a busy weekend with teams having booked here. The place was still clean. I paid too much for the room but it was still a good stay.

Check in was fast and easy. Pleasant staff, rooms was nice and modern. Beds were comfortable and morning breakfast was nice and filling. Stayed one night, close to many things and would stay there again.

We stayed here twice within a couple weeks due to us having tickets to 2 different events at the Nutter Center, both stays was great rooms was good sized and clean, staff was friendly, location was great for events at the Nutter Center, pleanty of restaurants close.
Will be staying here again for any other events we plan coming to.

The room was great with a convenient layout, awesome AC/Heat that was quiet and worked well. The blinds worked to keep room dark and the hotel was very quiet on a Monday night. Front staff very friendly. Bed was firm but not terrible. Easy into hotel and easy out!

Great hotel with a bar and twin peaks right next door.the only problem with the double queen suite is the placement of tv cant watch it from bed bad layout
