A nice hotel, where we were allowed to check-in early. The hotel is a drive to the centre of town, rather than walkable. The breakfast was poor.

This hotel is HORRIBLE !!
I would rather to sleep on the stret, and never visit this hotel again.
The workers here are all terrible.
First, the front desk woman with the glasses on was not welcoming us at all.
We were unhappy, but do not matter. The attitude depends on person and it is not the hotel's fault.
The real thing happend the next day.
Because we had a long day before, we slept late.
The housekeeper knocked our door at 9:30AM and disturbed our sleep.
And moreover she OPENED our door at 10:15AM (with masterkey maybe?)
My husband and I were in the bed and we were so frustrated. How can this happened to us.
We paid for the time until 11:00 AM (official check out time) and we could not get the appropriate service from this hotel.
We told this happening to the front desk when checking out. She told manager and said that the manager will tell the housekeeper. That was it.
We did not get any apology from anyone from this hotel.
We did not want any compensation, but apologies. This hotel does not deserve to provide hotel service to anyone.

I’m not sure how this place has such a high rating on here. This is an older, somewhat ran down hotel. Outlets were not screwed into the wall. Properly, carpet was pretty tattered and dirty hallways and elevator definitely had an unpleasant stench.

In 3 days we never got new towels or had anyone check on the room. We were 4 people and even after requesting to at least get some dry towels we got nothing.
Staff was overwhelmed and stressed during check in times and in general not happy to talk to anyone.

My husband is handicapped and we have a service dog. The accessible room was clean and large for his wheelchair. He enjoyed riding the bike in the gym. The landscaping needs some attention, though, lots of dead plants. We were at the end on the bottom floor, so it was easy to take the dog out. Breakfast was great, and the staff super helpful.

I had requested to have a top floor room in my reservation notes. When I got to the hotel around 4 there were maybe 10 cars in the parking lot. When i was told my room was on the second floor I asked if there was a way to get a top for room. The front desk clerk said that was all that was available. Throughout the evening dozens of groups checked in. I find it odd that my request couldn't be met when i checked in, since so many rooms were still available. I put some blame on myself for not emphasizing my real need to have a top for room, but there was also lack of interesting in meeting this request by the hotel or staff member I spoke with.

Good location. Had all the basics that we need. breakfast included. Hotel and room were clean. Staff were nice and efficient. Would recommend and come back.

Very clean looking hotel and rooms. Just fell into good sleep, as for my first stay in Page! Only downside was the DirectTV remote wasn’t working, couldn’t switch channels etc, but that wasn’t my worry. Breakfast/eggs in the morning were delicious.

I have stayed at this property several times over the past few years, and the staff has been great. The rooms were clean and ready when I checked in, and breakfast was always fresh and plentiful.

Checking in was easy. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Only complaint is breakfast which was a little chaotic especially around the coffee and hot meals. They should space out the area better. I only visit in winter so imagine summer when it is busy, not very convenient. Also a lot of people using tongs to open and close the doors where the hot foods are is not very hygenic.

We stayed here for one night in order to go to Antelope Canyon the next morning which is a 9 minute drive. This hotel was so clean and the rooms are massive. We had two windows where the sun came right through when we opened the windows. We saw the sunrise and it was spectacular! The beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was nothing great, but at least got us through the morning. Restaurants are fairly close so we drove with ease for dinner. Parking is included and very easy. We enjoyed our stay!
