We were in the city of Moose Jaw for a supper and a concert.

Very quiet, very clean, very comfortable!
After our first night we went down to breakfast and we heard the roads were icy so we decided to stay another night. When we checked at the desk, they were very accommodating. They let us keep the same room and we had another very pleasant evening at this hotel.
Both evenings we went into town and had dinner and our servers were always very pleasant and friendly. Overall, a great stay for two nights in Moose Jaw.

Room was very nice and cooktop, full fridge/freezer in room as well as microwave, utensils and cookware and small appliances. Room price included hot and cold breakfast options that were very good!!

Apples all bruised. Guy came to the room half hour to do something with the sink? Clerk upon arrival acted like she hated the job

It was a great location and only 5 min to pretty much anywhere in town you would like to go. Great breakfast. And staff was very friendly

Our room was very nice. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The size of the fridge was awesome.
I wish our room wasn’t right across from the elevator.

Recommend staying. Was a great experience. Right from the quick check-in, to the friendly staff, to the cleanliness of the hotel room. Also was in town for work so having the use of the guest Landry was convenient and handy.

Great place to stay and affordable. $6 for a load of laundry is the most I’ve ever paid in a hotel for self service in North America though not including detergent and dryer sheets…that was extra. Besides that, would stay again.

A huge thanks to they guy who checked us in on 8/26/2023. He gave us a room on the floor we requested and helped out with a tv problem.
We had a nice, quiet overnight stay.

Loved the kitchen facilities - fridge microwave range and sink. Bed is comfy. Room temperature was set perfect, AC/fans do not produce any noise.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the room was the problem. Beds were not made, recyclables not disposed of. The glasses that were used were not taken away to be washed. Only thing received was clean towels. Very poor job of cleaning our room, however the hallways, the front lobby and the dining areas were all clean.

Check-in was slow as there were several girl’s baseball teams checking in with only one check-in clerk.

Had trouble with the laundry facilities but the staff refunded me and did my laundry in their facilities.

Overall adequate. Nothing worse than getting to your room and the key swipe does not work. Having to go back to the main floor with all your luggage to get thr card reprogrammed should not happen ... Coffee maker in room did not work.

I absolutely liked how modern and clean this hotel was. The smell was fresh and everything was clean. The room i got was one room with two queen beds with a kitchenette. The cook top had a knob that would fall off because a previous guest must have damaged it. The shower had paint peeling from humidity. Few tiny deficiencies but overall good place to stay. Great breakfast included but the female staff member that was working the breakfast area was so negative and complaining about guests while she works. Her behavior was not professional and made me and my brother feel uncomfortable and almost like we were a bother.

I found the breakfast area floor could have been swept and cleaned better. Also in my room I found the floor was wiped with a mop that left an unclean smell that lingered

Nice place to stay. Breakfast was good except they ran out of ham but lots of options. Clean and quieter.

The ladies at the front desk were great, my room was clean and well stocked.
