The reviews are deceiving....this hotel was in bad condition! Upon arrival it looked decent at night, check in went okay (there was no friendly welcome but I can look past that), but the true hotel conditions started to show as soon as we got on the elevator. The elevator was dirty and had lots of cracked floor tiles. Arriving on our floor it was the same conditions as the elevator, with an overwelming smell of a cleaner or odor remover. Our room was next to the elevator so I didn't go far down the hall, but the wall next to our door was missing a large section of trim. Upon entering our room, I could immediately smell cat urine, upon entering the bathroom it looked okay, after flushing the toliet the water turned brown, I had my child flush again but it was still brown. I thought maybe they had a water line repair and told my family not to drink or shower in the water. When we got further into the room there was duck tape on the floor threshold between the tile and carpet. At first glace the beds were decent looking. There were lots of wall and ceiling patches that were not painted or covered. Our regular hotel procedure is to check the beds for bed bugs (which we did not find...so that was good) but we did find orange peels, and baby toys behind the king bed! The sides of the matress had stains and there were stains on the carpet that could be seen. Overall the hotel was unkept, unrepaired and I will not recommend anyone to stay there until repairs are made correctly.

Overall the hotel appears clean. The bedding and mattress was fine. The bed pillows were hard so I did not sleep well. The bathroom was clean but the shower door was not. The front desk staff were ok but not real friendly. Was not made aware of the hours for breakfast so when I went down at 9:30am it had been closed all cleared away.

Nice property and location Decent breakfast Mostly super staff - 1 male wo WHo works there was extremely nasty to his fellow staff! I asked if he was a manager or owner and was told NO He humiliated people in front of the entire breakfast eaters where there was no visible reason for his behavior Corporate needs to remove this little napoleon.

Typical La Quinta from our experience. Looked like they were trying to update. Our “updated” bathroom looked like a DYI project. Elevator was dirty. Otherwise typical budget hotel without the budget price.

Everyone we met were great. Check-in was a breeze. Morning breakfast was get. The had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and make own waffles with regular, strawberry or blueberry plus yogurt and regular breakfast items. They have cookies in the reception area in evenings. It is pet friendly for those who travel with their fur babies. Will stay here again when going to see my brother in Tennessee. Easy on and off higyway.

Traveling home

Very happy with this hotel. Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Chocolate chip cookies when we checked in!!

We have come to depend on La Quinta Inn and Suites when we are traveling.
