Great hotel! Very clean. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff was friendly. The seating area out back is very nice and scenic with the rock formation.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Easy access off I-70! We traveled with our dog and it was very pet-friendly. Kind, helpful people at the front desk :)

We stayed at this hotel on the way to visit family and on the way back. It is a very clean hotel and the workers are very kind and professional. We will definitely stay again.

Overall, hotel was in good condition and the staff was great. Only issue was the very strong odor of marijuana on the fourth floor. I’d hope the hotel would enforce the no smoking policy. Not the best experience when traveling with family.

Everything about are stay was very satisfying. Check in was quick, greeter very friendly and helpful. Room and especially important for me, the bathroom were spotless clean. Room temperature was easy to control. Will be our go to hotel in Cambridge.

I pointed out and showed pictures of the multiple bugs I found in the room to the front desk at checkout. She said they would remove the market items we purchased on room bill. Nice small gesture ($6.00), but when I received the final invoice by email, the charges were still there. $6.00 not a big deal, but not doing what you say shows a lack of integrity. And bugs - were done.

The hotel is located up on a hill, very quiet. The back patio is enveloped by a mountain that towers above the hotel. Not quite as impressive, but it reminded me of the Ahwahnee Hotel at Yosemite National Park. 😊

We requested an early check-in and were given an accessible and hearing room which worked out perfectly. I didn't mention my husband uses a walker and is deaf. Both the room, itself, and the bathroom were quite spacious. We will be requesting that specific room upon our return. Super helpful and friendly staff! A 🌟

I gave a horrible rating because this hotel cancelled our booing while we were enroute and lied about it. They claimed they had been overbooked for over a month. If that was the case why were we not told sooner and not when we are on our way to the location plus I called them that afternoon letting them know we would be arriving late. The clerk found the active booking and added notes that we were arriving late. I will never stay at this hotel again and I suggest you don’t either.

My wife and I travel between Illinois and Maryland. The Fairfield Inn in Cambridge, Ohio is at the 1/2 way point. We love it because it is clean, quiet, conveniently located off the highway and the staff is always friendly. (Also: a great breakfast!)

This hotel was probably one of the best hotels at a good price I’ve stayed at. Very clean hotel. No complains on the room but the staff nor breakfast. Everything was awesome! If we are back in town I will be sure to book here again! Awesome!!!

Totally totally overpriced. Room & room decor average. AC on lukewarm day could not cool room. Breakfast average. Peer hotels significantly better value. External building decor and lobby area very nice. New construction.

The hotel was beautiful and we thought the room seemed so nice and clean. The next morning we woke up with bites all over our legs. I went through the reviews and found 2 other people recently complain of bed bugs, one being a woman that was told by staff they had them. I reached out and hotel staff did not follow up about the issue.

We only slept there for six hours but very clean, rooms were nice. They even had fancy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Pretty good breakfast bar.

Very nice place to stay at. Quiet, clean, pool was great, firepit area was awesome to relax at. Had a workout area, but I didn't use it. Breakfast was good and well supplied.
