This is the worst place out of over 60 countries that my daughter and I have used with Hotels.com. I was standing in front of the hotel before they allowed me to see the room, they demanded that I booked it but they would refund it if I did not like the room when I saw the room it was full of bugs and spilled garbage and horrible horrible room, within five minutes hotel.com called them and they said that they would not refund it even though it was only a five minute thing… I had just had open heart surgery and I said I cannot be in an infection place with all the bugs and garbage in the room… Even though I booked it two minutes before and chose not to keep the room… They would not give a refund… They still charge me with all the bugs and garbage and everything on the floors

Room area is very small, no enough space to open two luggage. One had to be placed on the corridor for opening which either blocked the way to toilet or the room door. Staff did not told us where to get the sleeping shirt during check in. The room did not provide sufficient pillows on the 1st night; one is large while another is small. The counter staff explained that the hotel was full so that not enough pillows could be provided. The sound insulation is not good enough. Nosie of train could be heard. Overall, the room charge is over price.

Location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Hiroshima JR Station. Rooms are small, which is expected, but clean and new, good enough to spend a night or 2 . Breakfast is very simple but tasty, not too crowded although the place is small and that's even a Sunday morning.

Very decent hotel for a very reasonable price, the Onsen is very clean, the staff helpful and the hotel in general is of a decent 3/3.5 star standard that seems to cater mostly to business clientel. I had seen previous reviews regarding the hotel lack of cleanliness but the reviwes are several years old and no longer applicable. I would stay again
