Spent 3 days with family in Patrick's. Booked a family room which was supposed to have a refrigerator according to hotels.com but that was not true, only seaview rooms has, this is not the fault of the hotel obviously.
As for the hotel, i will be fair. Staff is great, helpful and friendly. Food taste good, hamburger was yummy and so was the curry, however most portions will not make you full. If's a bit expensive and time from ordering until we got the food was 1 hour which is too long considering we were the only guests in the restaurant. Perhaps they had roomservice orders...
Breakfast took long as well, maybe 30 min for egg, rice and tocino.
We ended up eaatibg Breakfast at a nearby place across the street for roughly half the price and fast service.
Room was very basic, air con a little weak but heater in shower worked fine.
Tour of the island cost 5500p for up to 6 people, good driver/guide and worth the money.
Overall Patrick's need to upgrade the rooms a little, new bed linen, better a/c and improve service in restaurant to be worth the roomrate.
Location is perfect though and like i wrote already staff is warm and helpful.

My friends and I all agree that Patrick’s Resort is a magical place. The traditional Kubo style accommodations made the experience all that more unique in comparison to the other resorts in General Luna. This hideaway is situated right in front of this amazing beach nestled among an array of Philippine “tuk tuk” and modern style boats anchored in the shallows. The real treasure of this gem of a resort is the resort’s staff and family who shared a hospitality so genuine and generous that left our hearts full. It was a very nice stay and I hope to stay there again one day. Overall, the property is very beautiful. The air conditioning is a bit small for the room - takes a long time to cool it down. There is no electricity unless you are in the room - your room key activates electricity. So you cannot leave a phone charging or the air conditioning on. You start over with a hot room each time you return. There is also a nightclub next to the property so loud music continues until about midnight each night. None of these negative things bothered me, but I could see a lot of people being bothered which is why I mention - because other than that it was all quite excellent.

Hot water only worked one day. Had a rat living in the ceiling pooping on our stuff at night. Wild dogs howling and fighting on the property all hours... construction during the day on both sides of us. Didnt sleep much. They did have a nice view though.

Stayed thier 3 times . Never again. Totally property is run down. Disco next door every day boom boom. All late day till night. Things like towels so old. Its a great location just not worth it anymore so many nicer places. Its safe here. Hate to rate low. But you'll want the truth. Had to change room first day. No tvs . Many rooms no fans..why.second room ac worked but weak. Did not say anything as it needed to be changed window unit. If you are from usa. You need good aircond . It was not super hot. Just never cooled the room. Beach location is the only reason i chose again. Pay more get higher rated plenty of transport. I seen siargao inn on the beach. Looked clean and simple and nice

Patrick on the Beach is a truely unique experience. The staff was very helpful, the beach front property was amazing with, and the cabanas where absolutely delightful. My only complaint would be the loud music at night ( our cabana was far enough away, but still annoying at tmes) and the daily power outages. Niether one of these issues was the fault of Patrick's or the staff. Overall I would rate this place a 95 out 100. My fiance and I will definitly be back.

Very cute and right in the beach, staff was amazing. Rooms are very minimalist with cozy beds.
If you are ok with a minimalist style room and want to be next to a beautiful beach this place is great.

This is an amazing property and will always be my 1st choice on any further trips to Siargao. The beach front cottages/bungalows are on the minimalist side, but they are very comfortable and you have a wonderful view of the garden and ocean. Prices are great and they have a tremendously welcoming staff that I enjoyed chatting with every day. Food on site is really good and there is a very good bbq place next door. Also a very popular bar is a short walk away.

Nice quiet ( except for the religious music that plays next door from 3am til 6am , have no idea why? ) oceanfront property , wider than most in GL .Good views of the islands and close to everything.

Staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Helped us arrange island day tour and airport transfers. Location was good. Walking distance to main town and on the main strip. Quick tricycle ride to Cloud Nine surfing area. The only issue was on the last day I ordered a simple hamburger from the restaurant and had to wait one hour for it to be made. When it arrived the burger was extremely overcooked and was probably the worst (driest) burger I have ever had. Definitely not worth the wait or the 300 pesos they charged me for it. The restaurant was too busy and likely had no proper chef to ensure food was being prepared properly in a timely fashion. Other than that the resort was fine, but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. Luckily thete are a number of places to eat within easy walking distanc

The photo of the cottage deceived us for what I paid for.
Will just spread the gospel about the Expedia and the resort they should communicate to each other about the charges before they use your company.

Location was amazing right on the beach. Dont expect luxury / but dont expect that in Siargao at all! This is a lovely little place right in the heart of the town / bathroom could have been better ie a flush on the toilet not water tub and bucket / but again this is normal here and there was hot water! All in all for the price etc it turned out to be one of our favorite places!

The place was good since it is located on the beach and it has huts so cozy and very comfortable to stay on while having a good site of the ocean. The food is good and costs reasonably. They only need to improve the condition of their rooms and the provisions of daily supply of toiletries and towels...the management wont initiate to change linens and towels or clean the rooms even if your stay would last for more than 3 days. The towels on the first day of stay would require a deposit. Should it not be included in the room cost already? Needs improvement also on staffs’ accommodating nature to make their clients feel fully welcome...but overall our stay in the resort was memorable and happy..

Our expectation was succeeded by far . The simple restaurant surprised us with top 5 star food quality. Starting with "Mango Curry with chicken" or German Pancake with fruit fillings. The Beach is fantastic, Surfing super, all sides are reachable by tricycle in minutes. Island hopping only minutes away and in the evening the never forgetting sunsets. We will go back for sure. Nice place to stay. Initially booked a room for 4 but had adjustments and ended up needing a room for 7 instead. There were no hassles adding the pax and they offered a different room with ni additional costs just the per head/per. Night rate. No negative comments on them from me.

A great place to stay in Siargao. If you like rustic cabins and its charm. The quality of the cabins are good. Secure place with locks on the inside. A small but great beach. Good food. And it is near to everything. Go out on the main road and to the left you have General Luna, to the right you have the bars and restaurants. A little further up you have Cloud Nine surf spot. Rent a motor at the resort and explore the island. The staff are helpful with most things. Order a island hopping and the boat picks you up at the resort. The rooms are rustic so if you want modern shower and facilities this is not the place for you. This is near to the nature resort. Overall a great place to stay. The German owner and his wife have made a great place here.

First off, great location. Secondly, I'm all into rustic, rural, local, but at the price one is paying for a night, clean sheets and clean shower water should be a given.

Lots of bugs. Rooms humid even if aircondition running. My allergy really kick in with this musty odor coz things seem wet? Food and water expensived. Furnitures run down. I would recommend that you stay at bravo, you'll never go wrong.

Not accommodating at all. I arrived at around 10 pm, nobody was there at the reception area to help. Worse is when i tried calling the number listed, which apparently was the owner, he was asleep and told me I that Youre not getting into my vibes right now and that I should mail him and hell get back to me tomorrow. Yep, didnt have a place to stay for the night. Good thing I saw a friend who helped me out, else i wouldve have slept on the streets, at an unfamiliar island

We stayed in a dormitory type room which can accommodate up to15 persons. I booked for a family bedroom good for seven. The room was ok but it was on the third floor. We had to climb the stairs which is quite steep. However, I like the facilities on the beach front.
