My Place is clean and comfortable. If you need a place to stay and the ambiance isn’t an issue, this is your place. The beds are comfortable, the linens are more than ample and there is a full sized fridge and microwave in every room. Don’t expect heightened design choices. It’s basic, but it does the job.

My Mom and I were in town for a doctors appointment and to do some shopping. It was great to have a full sized refrigerator in our room! If we had more time we probably would have taken advantage of the rest of the kitchenette. Super convenient and comfortable room!

Our room was roach infested. Tub was cracked and patched.

We ended leaving and not staying in hotel there was multiple men walking around in halls and on elevator without shoes and looked kinda sketchy

I have stayed here several times in the past and I always enjoyed them. This stay was the first time that I experienced an unclean room. I addressed my dissatisfaction with the room with someone in the hall amd she wiped up the food splatter. She mentioned they were short staffed. I addressed with the front desk shortly after just because of not feeling comfortable staying there for the night. The reception desk did offer to give me my money back.

I am currently battling cancer and I wanted to treat my mom to two days away from the stress of caring for me for your birthday. Upon arrival we were informed of their stupid policy that they do not rent to local people. We were shocked because it doesn't say anything on the website about this! Thank you for ruining my mom's birthday! Y'all should ashamed for treating my mother like that!

The bathroom has bugs, so much that they were crawling on the shower curtain when I was showering. Then the tv wasn’t working on any of the channels. The noise from the room next door sounded like there was too many people for one room. Just so many issues. So I decided to check out instead of staying the night. I went and found another hotel close by.

The room smelled. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, and the ice tray was nasty. It looked like it had never been clean. Fridge was to noise to sleep. The middle legs of the bed were bent.

The place is run down and trashed. Roaches scurrying around when lights come on in the bathroom. I will not stay here again.

The police were called to remove guests that should not have been there. There were guest smoking weed in the staircase and rooms the stunk up the place. Guest walking in and out of there rooms slamming doors. This past stay was now enjoyed at all.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately, I had to leave early with the snow storm coming into Lubbock. Not too far away from some food places

It was a good stay. Just wish the nise level from the other guest would have been better but thats no fault of the hotel.

Lots of barking dogs close by, no chair in the room, and the room had a peculiar odor that was very strong when you first walked in.

Nicely kept property with a friendly staff. In general, my room was clean and well-maintained. It's location is a bit isolated from easily walkable restaurants.

It took almost 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. While the room was clean and comfortable, it was extremely noisy from adjacent rooms.

Felt clean and safe for a one night stay and the front desk was helpful when we had a middle of the night situation with our kid. The tv didn’t work and the room was hot even with the ac turned down but other than that it was fine.

I feel safe here. Anything i need or have a question for they handle. Rooms are comfy, with a kitchen, so I can cook when i dont wanna get out.

Well every thing was great with the place and and the desk clerk I checked in with no problem but ended up having to leave about two hours after arriving my wife who has been in umc for five and a half months passed away and I had to get to the hospital as quickly as I could but yes everything up until that happening was great no complaints

No recliner. Kitchenette but no way to use it. No utensils. No coffee. No plates or cookware.

Lets start with the facts - woke up at 2am to use the washroom, turned in the light, ten roaches were walking around. What does that say about “cleanliness”? Yech. Also found hairs in the bedsheets- do they wash the bedsheets or just reuse them a couple of times on occasion? Yech Yech. The place seems old now, not pretty, not warm and welcoming. The first host seemed as though she is very nice but perhaps an addict - that of course is not a fact but thats the feeling I got. Had to grab the hotel phone and call for someone to clme check us in after a five minute wait

Staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately our bed sloped to the center and was extremely uncomfortable. Pillow was rough to sleep on as well, but that could have just been me. When we showered in the morning, we discovered the blow dryer didn’t work. So even though I enjoyed the staff, I don’t think I would stay here again.

Front desk was friendly, helpful, professional. Room was very clean, lots of space. Other guests were nice and invisible. Quiet.

Front staff were very nice and accommodating but the room had issues. The door would not lock, and the metal safety lock was broken also. They couldn’t get it fixed and were completely booked out but did offer us another room on another floor later that night. This next room was not usable as there were two very loud barking tiny dogs on both sides of our room. We chose to stay in the room that didn’t lock instead. At least it was quiet! Good location. Felt clean enough. Just wish we didn’t have to use the refrigerator as a door lock lol.
