AFTER.....they booked us in and charged our card, THEN they told us there would be NO WATER all day the next day. They did not offer to cancel or rebook us elsewhere, NOTHING, until I requested they cancel our whole booking. I was taking a chance of not finding anything else, but we had a graduation the next day and without water, pretty hard to shower and get ready. VERY POOR customer relations even if they counldn't help the water issue, it should clearly be disclosed before I got there or at least before I checked-in.

Great hotel. Staff was excellent and hotel was clean and had all the amenities needed for a quick over night. Comp breakfast served it’s purpose.

Room is nothing special. Could have been cleaner. Bathroom had dirt in the corners and caulk is turning. Window seal was broken and had a lot of condensation that’s going to mold. Stayed 3 days no trash pick up or towels. Pool needed cleaned. Never coffee when I went down for breakfast or half and half.

Staff was wonderful. The location was easy to find. Room was clean. The cons: coffee maker did not work in the room, so i was forced to mingle with people, just for a cup of coffee, before my cup of coffee. Also, had I not read closely while booking my stay, I would have been in a room with a twin bed since i was a single traveler. Not cool. I have not slept in a twin bed since my pre-teen years and that has been a long time. As an adult, I deserve a full sized bed, especially paying full room prices. But I thankfully read and did not end up in a room with a small bed.

Place was nice it smelled really good inside. Front desk was really friendly. And also there was a building next door that looked like an amusement center for kids.

This property is sadly starting to show its age. The plate that is with the shower head was out of the wall. The wall paper is starting to show wear and tear. We were moved to another room after we checked in because that room smeeled really bad like cigarette smoke. The room we stayed in had little hairs in the sink. The bed never got made just frsh towels. The hair dryer sounded like it was on its last leg. They only have 2 charging stations for electric cars so if they are taken you are out of luck. It happened to us on a Saturday night. The front desk staff were all very nice.

Great place for a quick stay

My family of 11 members stayed for one night in three rooms. We were all very tired coming from Sequoia National Park and needed a break from 2 days of driving and sight seeing. We arrived at around 6:00 pm and we were welcomed by the friendliest front desk receptionist! She was very helpful, putting us in rooms with 2 double beds that I have requested. She gave us all the information we needed for places to eat, buy food etc. Over all, it was a wonderful. restful stay with free delicious breakfast! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and the best service during check-in, check-out and breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, couples, family with kids, business people and solo travellers.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Was some building work going on to one side of the hotel so a little noisy at times and not a great outlook (from our room) but not really an issue. The room was clean, the aircon a little noisy but many are, we loved the IHG bedding, basically everything we needed was there including a safe. The pool is surrounded by the car park so doesn’t have the best views and the loungers are very tired, the pool towels small and thin quality which takes away the leisurely feel to relaxing around a pool. But the good points did outweigh those negatives. Great location too for driving to Sequoia National Park.

Really liked the location. Was close to the freeway, and very easy to navigate to Sequoia Nation Park from this location. Check in/ out was fast and easy. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Bed was very noisy when you sat on it or moved during the night. It was also turned with the side of the bed facing the TV which made it somewhat different watching TV at night. Otherwise this was a nice hotel.

The room smelled like human or dog pee. It was late at night. We had to find another hotel. When we asked for a refund they said we would have to ask Expedia for it. We wouldn't stay here again.
