Excellent hotel. Only bad thing is someone was knocking on our door at 3:00 in the morning. Wrong room! That is really no fault of anyone at the hotel, but…..yuk!

From the moment we checked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Every single person was friendly, professional, and made us feel like movie stars😊 The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how nice the breakfast was, great coffee, waffles, eggs. Finally, I appreciate the fact that they granted us late checkout since we had a late flight out. I will definitely stay here again when in town visiting family.

The entire guest services team at this hotel is above and beyond, by far the best I’ve experienced. I was with my 81 yr old grandmother who has a breathing condition and she moves slowly. We arrived after midnight or close to it, and we got checked in within a couple minutes. Mr. Helms and Mrs. Gabby were an absolute delight! They were very welcoming, engaging, accommodating, kind, and the type of people you just want to be around to soak up their energy because you can’t help but smile! I’m very blonde and lose everything, don’t have sense enough to get out of the rain, and of course, misplaced my key fob and everything else. Mrs. Alex helped me out and got it safely returned to me. She also offered wonderful recommendations and directions for anything I asked about, always with a smile and kindness. The breakfast staff were welcoming and kind and actually made sure the guests were taken care of, not like most places, where the guests are in their way and it’s refreshing to see it from all tiers of the guest services. I’ll venture out to speculate that there is very solid management over this property because good managers hire and retain people that are excellent at their jobs, and these guys all are exactly just that! We’ve stayed at Hampton Inns and Hilton properties all over this country and this one takes the cake in guest services for us! Karen and Kevin are bound to show up sooner or later, just remember: not my circus, not my monkeys!!!!

I would give 10 stars to the Hampton Inn Crestview, FL So clean, friendly people, very well taken care of. I am a picky pillow person and even their pillows are good! Big thirsty towels in the bathroom! We will be back!

Their fridge froze all our stuff, then when opened a coke the next morn it fizzed over one bed and all over floor...we talked to maids in the hall..we came back hours later and they had done nothing...Room was unusable....that night my wife went down to desk and they said cleaning service was gone and gave it what appeared to be used sheets to put on bed ourself..we put them on with floor still sticky...next day they still didnt touch our room...desk person said because of covid they didnt clean room un;less specifically asked...My wife then blew up.they never offered a different room or to help with anything...This was supposed to be best place in Crestview...WE want our money back

This hotel is spotless! Very comfortable room. Pool was AMAZING. The breakfast is very nice with items like eggs and sausages, oatmeal and fixins, regular and blueberry waffles, assorted pastries, cereals, fruits, and yogurts. The staff was really friendly as well. Our daughter lives nearby so we will definitely be back!

Lobby smells fantastic! Fresh and sweet. Loved the scent. Our room was next to an elevator which is our favorite out the elevator & into our room..loved it! At our age it was helpful. Four fluffiest pillows! The bed was so comfortable. The darkout curtains was lovely to my sleeping-in eyes. The bed sheets was so soft to my skin. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided in big jars attached to the wall. You have plenty to use. Very clean room. Close to everything. Restaurants and stores. My husband is huge on Breakfast. This place provides variety of breakfast that’s included!!!

This is a great place. Nicely appointed and super clean with a very friendly staff. Also the Mexican restaurant right next door is stellar (we’ve spent a lot of time in Mexico and are obnoxiously picky!). There are nice touches - good bedding, actual hooks for towels, shelves in the shower for toiletries, quality body products, easy on and off the highway. I would stay there again in a flash.
