The ceiling in the pool area had many places where it was cracked and leaking water. As if their had been a flood on the floor above. The hot tub was also not working, or the heater was not working or the jets. All the staff was very friendly though and that is a plus

Understaffed for breakfast

Professional and friendly staff. Love the location near restaurants and gas stations and near the 5 freeway convenient for my trip.

WiFi bad experience, abruptness at front desk, food ran out at breakfast, rear door entry not working, reading lamp by bed barely bright enough to read.. x

Simple and comfortable

The room itself would have been fine if it didn’t reek of someone smoking in there. As soon as you walk in you smell that awful stench of old smoke and it was even worse in the bathroom as if they were smoking in there. There was no fan in the bathroom either which I thought was also weird. And the window barely cracked open so we coudn’t air it out. I had let the person at the front desk know but she wasn’t able to do anything about it other than let the manager know. Didn’t hear anything back yet. We slept and got out of there as soon as we could. Beds were ok.

I always have a great time but im sick and tired of all the bums every where around the hotel always begging for money.

Great front desk staff, clean big rooms!

I had booked a room here using points: I’ve stayed here multiple times on tour and knew the location was convenient and their parking met my needs (large vehicle.) This time my plans changed and I called the property days before my reservation to inquire about having my points reimbursed. The surly person I spoke to on the phone informed me that they were “just the general manager” and therefore couldn’t authorize that, but they took my info and said they’d get back to me after speaking to the owner. Expedia attempted to contact them three times and got the same response. It’s now four days after the date of my reservation and Expedia says that since they can’t get anyone at the property to talk to them I can’t have my points back. If no one can get through to anyone in charge here, you probably shouldn’t book here. God forbid you run into anything that requires customer service. I will be booking elsewhere for any future trips to Redding.

Room and stay was better than I expected. Rooms look just like the pictures. Would definitely pay the extra money for the comfort. Breakfast was good and the guy running it was nice and greeted everyone.

Overall it was an average stay but the staff was a bit rude overall. Nosy and gossipy.

We had a great experience, from check in to check out.

Beds were comfortable and desk staff was nice and considerate. However, room condition was not good. White Stains on blue couch, stains on carpet and brown stains ceiling above the desk. A large crack about a foot long by the bathtub wall and sink was missing the drain stopper. We were quite surprised by the condition of the room.

It was comfortable. The pool area was hot but the pool water was cold. Also the back door entry key scan was broken. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Welcoming from staff was great! Very helpful and accommodating! Breakfast was sparse suppled! Floor in dining area was very sticky. Other than that great location for our travel trip! Easy in and out! Thanks!

Nice clean space fast checking no complaints

Place looks ok, Carpet is not good at all, smells and stains of soils.

I have stayed here before and have had good experiences. This time though, my experience has not been pleasant. Upon arrival, the front desk rep. asked if anyone had called me. No-one had. The elevator was broken and not in service. Due to a recent knee injury, the thought of hauling luggage up several flights of stairs was not an option. Because I booked my stay through Expedia, I was asked to step aside while the front desk reps assisted 6 or more other guests in person and numerous guests on the phone before they came back to me. Even though I was first to arrive, 45 minutes later I was finally assigned my room. The general feel I had was that reservations made from "a third party" were not taken as seriously as reservations made directly through the property. The reps even referred to my reservation as being "a third party".

This was a newer hotel with everything you'd expect. There was an issue w/ the elevator and it wasn't working. This hotel was convenient & easy to find off the interstate.
