They are on a cost saving crusade. Shampoo was empty. Conditioner was empty. Toilet paper was OK because we rationed. Bathroom would fit on our closet. Tired and dingy.
We scored the last ham and egg sandwich in a ‘keep warm’ selection. Out of jam, out of napkins etc,, a gobble and go selection..
Internet didn’t work but…
The beds were very comfortable and Pricilla should be canonized for figuring out the internet while dealing with noise complaints,
Our vote is for Pricilla for GM as the current one isn’t doing the job.
We are currently at another Home 2 and everything is perfect per Hilton’s standards.
If I wanted a Motel 6 I’d have booked one.

Excellent value for the accommodations. The breakfast was wonderful. Prime location for shopping of all variety.

Started off the evening with the police trying to escort a woman away from the property for disturbance. Not the hotels fault, but made me kind of weary traveling alone with my daughter. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel, this is not it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every step from people above you. My neighbors were not even talking that loudly but I hear every word they said until about 2 am. The beds and blankets were very comfortable but hard to enjoy with all the noise. Went down to breakfast at 8 am and it was a mess. Choices were stale bread for toast or make your own waffle. No yogurts, milk, cereal, danish. It was my second time staying here and had a horrible stay each time. Tried to give it a chance but will not make the same mistake again. Stay next door if you want a quiet night sleep. Staff was friendly and accommodating but the hotel itself was just lacking.

This location is located not too far outside Charlotte. It is surrounded by plenty of shopping in dinning options. The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk service was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good, and the pool was nice too.

Second time I have stayed here when I come to visit my family; and I will return the next time. Best value overall. Clean overall, though a few spots or stains on the sofa. I’m sure the bed was comfortable, but as I had the sofa-bed as my handicapped brother gets the bed, the sofa bed mattress is thin and not so great. I do appreciate the separation curtain as this can be closed for some privacy, yet opened to allow for a more spacious feeling during the day. Breakfast was good overall, though they never seemed to have enough of the sausage and egg breakfast biscuits (which my brother wanted). There were plenty of other sandwich options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The car charging for free is a great benefit. They have four chargers- ask if you see a ICE car parked blocking spots as I was informed the staff do that as they have had locals pull up and charge blocking access for guest.

The furniture and the cleanliness not up to par. The bed cover very cheap and uncomfortable.
The kitchen sink not draining.
We didn’t use the shower, there was small hair around it and mildew around the caulking.

My room was cleaned after I was told no one would be entering the room for a refresh for the duration of my stay. Things were moved, etc. which is incredibly unsettling. This comes after my room was "ready", and when I arrived it was not. Staff was apologetic and friendly but all around, not a super experience.

Great Hotel! Amazing breakfast, not your typical! I will definitely be staying at this one going forward whenever I have to visit Rock Hill.

Room is very nice clean and and well kept all the amenities were there and we had a wonderful stay the only thing I can add is I would like a a sleep timer for the TV

We paid for a king room and received a queen room. The room also smelled as if a large dog had been kept there.

The stay and amenities were acceptable, it was evident that 1 of our rooms hadn't been used and had some cobweb issues. Checking in was a tad frustrating because of the Manager's unfamiliarity with the systems and check-in process.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to the interstate and several restaurants, but very quiet area. Room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed for one night. Upon arrival, i was told that they overbooked and asked if i would take a 1 King bed with a sleeper sofa. The sofa wasn't the queen size i was told (full size), and not that comfortable. However, my kids were okay. I found quite a bit of hair in the extra bedding and on the floor. I had paid for a 2 queen room with a bathtub, but realized later this room had no tub, only a shower. The bathroom was very small. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable, and the whole family was not impressed with the breakfast offered. It wasn't a bad stay, but we have had better.

Hotel was situated in a safe neighborhood. Dog friendly & walkable. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Nice stay for over-night. Would stay again

Excellent hotel with a fabulous suite to stay in . The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The fire alarm did go off at 6 AM in the morning, but it was a small kitchen mishap that caused it. The hotel and staff were nice enough that the rude awakening in the AM did not effect my rating. The room was new and spacious, with a full kitchen. The night we arrived, I cooked dinner downstairs on the patio barbecue and retreated to our room. The bed was comfortable and the linen was obviously high quality. Stayed in at least 4 other hotels that trip and the home2 suites room was by far the best. The Hotel is pet friendly, but there were no odors etc. to indicate that. The room was spotless and I would return there in a heart beat

We arrived at the hotel later than check in time.
I called ahead to alert the hotel I was checking in late.
When I arrived I was informed they had given my room to another guest. I paid for a double queen with sleeper sofa. They were offering me a King with sleeper sofa, it was a cheaper rate room but I would have to call expedia to work out the details.
I was disappointed to say the least.
I could not use the King with sleeper sofa.
After nearly 40 minutes of listening, explaining, and pleading with the clerk. Explaining I was from out of town and needed a place to sleep. The clerk came up with a suitable compromise.

This facility was very quiet and clean. Easy and speedy check in. Pool and gym area extremely nice. Breakfast was definitely above average. Many extras in the room.

We stay at this location whenever possible because it is always a positive experience. I messed up my reservation dates and the Travelocity rep and hotel rep both made the process of fixing it painless. Their help was very much appreciated.

The hotel overall is in good condition. However the pillows are toddler sizes and the bathroom is EXTREMELY too small to even move around freely.

The check in process was simple and the staff was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and spacious for me and my two sons. I appreciate breakfast being offered at the hotel and the hours of the meal.
