Loved being close to the swimming lake.

Very pleasant stay, however, woken up at 5am by chorus of kookaburras and cockatoos :) . Great variety of entertainment for children. Happy to return to stay.

The cabin was very dated and in need of updating. Not worth the amount paid. Ridiculous that they expect people to pay extra for their mini golf. For the overpriced amount they charge for accommodation, it should be included. Won't be returning.

Very easy stay. Cabin was clean and as described. It was very quiet but the park was not heavily occupied. Good communal facilities. Would stay again.
Reception closed early but they left the key in the box for us.

Comfortable accommodation being off season was very quiet. The only problem was a very small one being it was a single room set up the bunk beds did not have reading lights requiring main lights had to be left on not a great problem though.

We had a very comfortable stay in a spa cabin at the Big 4 Caravan Park. The Manager was so helpful. She arranged for us to do an afternoon tour at the Naracoorte Caves as we had to leave the next morning. Our Cabin was clean and comfortable with a warm bed and great water pressure in the bathroom. The location was quiet at night and would be wonderful for families being right next to the free public lake/swimming pool if visiting in Summer. There is a lovely walk along a creek that takes you to the town centre. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

We have stayed here multiple times. The park has a range of activities for children & the best selling point is it is right next to the lake. Great facilities. Amazing location. Really affordable prices.

It's a pleasant caravan park close to town, an easy, 5 minute walk across a park and a bridge over the creek to the town centre. After dark, a torch is useful.
The Naracoorte swimming lake is adjacent to the park. It was not open (early November) but would be a great attraction in summer.
We stayed in a small cabin with parking beside. The kitchen was well equipped, we didn't cook in, choosing to walk to the local pub for dinner. The double bed was comfortable, the dining chairs were a tad shabby but comfortable. Two towels and linen for the double bed is provided. Bring your own or rent the extras if using the bunk beds.
The park is quiet but the curtains are far from blackout. We slept very well but woke early.
No reflection on the park but Naracoorte tap water tastes awful and the locals agree. I recommend bringing water to drink and make tea/coffee where ever you stay.

We personally had difficulties dealing with the owners of the holiday park. We had the owner knocking on our door and counting the number in the cabin and forcing us to pay up before we’d even decided who was staying and who was going home. We were told kids scooters stained the deck and that we would need to pay in full when we tried to reduce our stay for medical reasons. The cabin was clean and adequate but less well appointed than the comparison in other Big 4’s. The little train was good for kids.

I stayed here for a few days and visited Naracoorte caves. The holiday park is not far from the caves and is also close to town shops.
Cozy cabin which sleeps 6, cooking facilities and clean bathroom.
The park has it's own activities including mini golf.
An enjoyable place to stay.

The cabin and bed are small. There are bunk beds but it cost extra $10 for the linens. The top bunks looks dusty and not so clean. The cabin has a moldy smell. Toilet and shower are clean. Ok if you are only staying one night and can't find a better place.

I accidentally clicked on the wrong dates when booking. My husband spoke to the owners within 12 hours to see if we could change the date and add an extra day to compensate them for making the change, however, they were extremely rude, unfriendly and uncooperative in return. We are very disappointed. I'm glad we didn't go there after all, because they do not seem like nice people to deal with. If you can stay anywhere else in Naracoorte, I recommend that you do.
My husband has just been diagnosed with cancer and we wanted to go away on a short holiday to cheer him up. Instead, we ended up wasting money on a holiday we couldn't take on that weekend.
Thank you for nothing Naracoorte Holiday Park!
I thought online booking would be easier, but after this experience I am hesitant to do it again.
Expedia was also part of the problem. When booking, it jumped to the next available dates from the ones I'd put in, so I'm not impressed with them either.
So be warned!

The accommodation was very good and clean. Located well in Naracoorte although the main strip of the town was uninspiring.

While excited this caravan park was close to venue and staff bent over backwards to accommodate an additional day due to sudden illness the bedding was terrible. Large bed felt like it was a base only so I decided to sleep on the single beds to see if it was more comfortable however they were thin foam also. Room was clean.
