Room was great- asked for a high floor so we would have a better water view! The 1 train is literally across the street and made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I made reservation and checked pay at hotel after my arrival- instead of doing what essentially the contract called for your staff ran an old card they had on file and told me it was declined which it wasn’t as that was not a current card in use! So in addition to lying I was out of a room and no where to stay and off er ed no helpHORRIBLE

The check in receptionist was super friendly, she took the time to ask us a few questions, and also provide loads of hints and tips since it was our first visit, gave us maps etc and a quick and easy overview of the subway. Even provided water as she knew we had a long journey, all the hotel information was provided including services, WiFi, shop, laundry etc. The hotel is in a fantastic unsung location. It’s by two major sub lines and a 5 min walk away from two more. Honestly we struck gold with the location. Free coffee/tea in the mornings right in front of the elevators. Rooms were small as expected due to location and space being at an ultimate premium in New York. Rooms were tired and dusty needing a bit of TLC however for all that you are in the room it’s fine. Safe.microwave and fridge in the room - bonus.
Everyone you left if entered the hotel there was always a friendly smile and someone always asked if you had a good day and if you needed anything. I will be recommending this hotel and I am re booking for next year, down to solely the staff friendliness and location.

Nice hotel for NYC standards. Beautiful water view but Radiator was so loud I could barely think. Room was very dirty. Would recommend elsewhere if your budget allows. If not, I mean, it’s just a room.

My stay was great my only issue is that housekeepers needs to make sure the showers are well cleaned as they were murky stuff at the bottom of the shower doors and i used some wipes to way it away

Very good hotel in an excellent location! Having the Battery Park Playscape and the Staten Island Ferry right across the street made it so easy to have adventures with kids.

The hotel smells damp. Our room was MUSTY. The barn door did not have a stopper and when closing I skinned my index finger. I have documented it and contacted my legal representation to see if there is any action that can be take. The windows were not sealed and wind could be heard howling all night. The reading light LEDs were not operational to add, rather take away, from the already abysmal lighting. The TV channels did not match what they said they were, what the guide displayed. IS THIS A HITLON ? Terrible experience and I will not be booking here for my return trip. Just disappointing for a hotel having this brand name. Embarrassing. I feel like they have a floor specifically for people that do not book directly with the hotel and treat them badly and give them trash rooms.

Very friendly reception staff made us feel very welcome. Very comfortable bed, room temperature good. Great location for getting around the city and seeing all the attractions. Subway station (south ferry) just over the road. Breakfast is a bit limited but lots of nearby cafes.

Have a lot to say but the photo with poop on the floor when we checked in says a lot about our whole experience at the hotel. They did give us an another room, which isn’t much cleaner either but at least no poop.

Other than the construction that was going on around the hotel that made the initial drop off a little difficult in terms of finding it, my stay was nothing short of perfect! The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Once I figured out that the subway station was literally right around the corner, my commutes became much easier. I love FiDi and thoroughly enjoyed my stay during the week of Thanksgiving!

TV channels were different than on the guide and we couldn’t get ESPN. Housekeeping did not leave hand towels after cleaning. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

At the checkout day the front desk girl didnt gave me my invoice. She said it will be delivered to me by mail. I am still waiting.

Easy access to subways, statue of liberty, 9/11 memorial. Pearl Street dinner is really good. Only downside was the waitress on the 2nd floor was alone and couldn't keep up with all the tables so the dining room was messy. Go to pearl Street dinner. You won't be disappointed. Its a easy walk from the hotel. Pay attention if you are going up town or down town.

Stayed at the Hilton for 3 nights and had a good experience overall. The staff was helpful in tending my needs and the room were clean and tidy.

The location is great, right across from the Staten Island Ferry. The staff was friendly but the service was not great. Our room did not get cleaned the first day we were there despite not having a DND sign. We had to ask for towels multiple times, once waiting thirty minutes and calling twice before just heading down to the front desk. The rooms were smaller, but worked for me and one other adult. The amenities were average, but very clean. The rooms seemed a bit outdated, but the view was nice.

The stay was very good. All the staff were very polite and helpful. All of our requests were promptly responded to. At check out, Mr Martin was very attentive and quickly called a car to take us to the airport. Mr Martin and Mrs Jaquanna took care of the check-out with great politeness.

Check in at 3, but we didn’t get our room til 8 pm!!!!!!! The only compensation we got was free breakfast

Great location, walking distance to Wall Street and World Trade Center. Across the street from the Subway. Room was smaller but it’s Manhattan so it’s to be expected. A couple minor issues with the room but no big deal. Great value for the price!

Great hotel in a great location with close by subway stations. The rooms are pretty clean and we what it’s necessary to spend the night in New York. Staff was great super helpful and kind, look no further if all you need is a place to sleep while you’re experiencing the big city.

Very well maintained, great location. Our front desk attendant Martin was very friendly and explained everything to us, even how to become a member for early check ins.
The only thing we did not like was the fact that there was no parking and breakfast included during our stay and the price per night was not cheap. Other than that we loved it.
