Perfect location for getting metro to all areas in Tokyo.
Fabulous room, had the large corner room which was perfect for our family of four. Gave us space to relax. Came with washer/dryer machine which was great to use before we moved onto Kyoto.
Staff so polite and helpful

The room was slightly dirty and the hotel felt retro/ outdated, but the beds were very comfortable. It was great having space to organize and repack. I liked the location.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Very comfortable, large room and bathroom, many amenities, the spa is nice although it was closed for 2 of our three night. That was too bad. Otherwise is a nice hotel.

The Centurion Classic hotel was probably great at one point...not so much anymore. The hot water popped off when we turned on the heater in the tub...which had hair in the blower. The furniture in the room was not comfortable, and seemed quite old. One elevator.

Great place for a family. Beds were comfy but sofa beds were hard. The restroom had sewer smell. We paid $2500 for 6 nights which in most hotels are top end. FYI only has 1 elevator so it’s hit or miss when checking out with luggage’s and a famil.

Love the location. Helpful staff

Lots of restaurants nearby and near train stations

The staff here were wonderful and very kind, very patient with us as English-speakers. The room was much larger than other hotels we stayed in around Tokyo. However, the conditions of the room and the establishment as a whole were quite dirty. Our fabric-wrapped bed frame had a large tear in it and the rug in the room was visibly soiled. I would not stay here again if I were to return because of these things.

Professional and friendly staff. Hotel room is spacious compared to Japan standards. The hotel provides pretty much everything you need. We'll definitely stay here again!

It was the largest hotel in tokyo ive ever experienced! Everyone was super nice. The best part was every good restaurant, subway station, drug stores, and convenient stores are very closely located.

It was nice but the room was dirty at first coming in

A great option for staying with family. We had the penthouse suite which had plenty of room. Only downside was the stairs which were a little difficult to get luggage up and down. Fantastic area for eating and fairly central to surrounding areas. Recommended.

The Centurion was a great hotel to stay at in Tokyo. The room was relatively large compared to other properties. It was clean and many amenities were provided. There was a small kitchen which was handy. There are two stations a short walk away as well as several convenience stores. Hotel staff were very helpful in organising luggage transfers to the next hotel for us. The only downside was there was only one bathroom for a 7-person room.

Furnishes need to be updated - sort of plastic sofas were yuck

Great location that is walkable to many nearby restaurants and the Ginza line. The rooms are on the smaller side and will be a tight fit for groups of four.

Interior is not only dated, but also very worn out. Service was lukewarm; had issues checking in (receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and refused to seek help from his supervisor and left us hanging for 30 mins), also requested assistance to reserve a private taxi from the hotel to the airport in advance but receptionist declined and offered to call for regular cab 10 mins before we leave

Nice location! Good ramen and lots of convenience stores. Near subway but not JR line.

All in all, a simple hotel in Tokyo. Definitely larger than the average room, but you definitely don’t get any of the frills. very close to a lot of bars and restaurants, so ideal for someone that isn’t planning to stay in the room very much. From a comfort and cleanliness standpoint, the bed was comfortable although the pillows were not ideal. They has a lot of soaps and the A/C and heat were good, but I did find some mold on the shower door.

It was nice to be able to fit the family in 1 room. The hotel staff were helpful. Mostly everything was good and the location affords easy access to tons of dining that worked for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. And multiple subway stations are within easy walking distance providing easy access to everything with multiple options. We stayed for a week and after a couple of days an order became apparent that we needed the staff to take care of and they did (something in the plumbing from the washing machine which we had not used) - Staff responsiveness was very good regarding this issue.

Convenient location and walkable to many shops

Staff was super helpful and amenities were nice, good location and most spacious room in our whole Japan trip. We had the penthouse suite for family of four. The only remark is that it’s dated - the wall paper is dingy, sofa and furniture broken and stair rail taped together. Bathroom paint peeling. AC didn’t work quite right. But it is clean and a value for the price given the extra space

Location, location! Nicely appointed rooms. Showing a few signs of wear.

My friend and I shared a comfortable deluxe twin room with two dbl beds. The room had a good layout, and was spacious with plenty of room for our large luggages. I also liked the air cleaner and washer & dryer in the room. Their shampoo&conditioner, and soap products could be better for us ladies, though. The front desk workers were very helpful. I recommend this place for the hotel's large rooms, close proximity to train stations, lots of restaurants nearby, and good service.

Warning: The photos seem to be taken a long time ago. Our room does look like the photos but now everything is all used and abused. It was very old and had a wet dog smell.. the air con was very loud and old..the machine used to white and now it’s brown.. there is a layer of dust over it. I’m sure the filter was disgusting as well. The carpet was all stained up and u could see it all… I had to move the furniture around to block my toddler from walking on the rug. It was so disgusting I think the public floor is cleaner. The shower area has a strong moldy smell to it and u could see mold around the tub and shower door as well as old water marks that turn pinkish red. One of sheets had black stains on it.. and you can see through the pillow case that the pillows once white pillows are now yellow… all the white bedsheets were stained yellowish. I tried getting a different room but there was none available. I even thought about leaving and finding another hotel. I just toughed it out in sadness. I wanted to take photos of all the disgusting features of the room but I felt dirty just looking pointing my phone at it.

Fantastic property right in the city center. Tons of dining options and nightlife around. Rooms are very big. If you have a large group or just want a western style room, this is a great option.

No restaurants in the hotel but plenty surrounding it. Very convenient location. Very comfortable room.

Great hotel for families and at a great price/value. We stayed 6 nights with our 2 adult daughters in the the Akasaka Suite Room (non-smoking, 2 king beds); room 301. The room was big, clean and quiet. Beds were firm but comfortable for us. There is also 3 couches/loveseats that fold out as beds. We asked the front desk for more pillows and a blanket - they delivered them quickly and with a smile. The staff was very kind, polite and always ready & wiling to help. Communication was never an issue. Room also has lots of small miscellaneous amenities in the bathroom - qtips, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.. Our room had a small patio but it was really unusable, unless you smoke. There is a slight old smoke smell in the hallways as I believe smoking was allowed in hotels until the Tokyo Olympics in 2020. Hotel provides free umbrellas if it rains or you can purchase one from them for 300 yen, which is half the cost at convenience stores. Checkout time is 11am but you can pay extra for a late checkout (2,000 -3,000 yen); they will also hold your luggage when you check out.
The location was perfect for us - very safe, quiet & walkable. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores (7-11, Lawsons, Family Mart), shopping, etc. Akasaka train station is a 5 min walk. We took day trips to other parts of Tokyo, Yokohama, etc, and always looked forward to coming back to our little “neighborhood”.
We definitely will stay here again on our next trip!

Hotel staff were very helpful, and pleasant to interact with.
Room was nice size, comfortable bed, and included a clothes washer/dryer, a really nice feature which we used. The room devices (air-con, hot water, toiled flush, TV remote etc.) were all Japanese only labeling which made understanding their use very difficult. TV was Japanese only, and while CNN existed as a channel, it was not enabled, so no English language news or movies of any sort. Lastly, the hotel offers no breakfast service.

Way overpriced for what is a two at most hotel
Shower was old and terrible. First night there was no hot water. The next day it took 5 minutes running water for it to become hot.

As seen on the website pictures. The area is a bit busy but has a ton of eating options.

Pretty clean hotel in a nice area where you'll be within a short walk to restaurants, fast food, 7/11, Lawson, Family Mart, a small grocery store, and not too far from a subway station. Lots of night life around.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had lots of amenities.

Property was in a really great location and close proximity to two metro stations. The surrounding area has a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores.
In terms of the hotel, the room was a good size for my family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager and a child), however the bathroom was very small compared to the size of the room. Down side is the hotel felt dated, dark and a bit musty. Underlying stale smell and some slight mold in areas. The staff were very helpful though and always polite.

The property was horrible and outdated and stains all over the carpet. The hallways smelt like mold and mildew. The bathrooms smelt horrible, the water was so bad that it made us gag when brushing out teeth. I am pretty sure a room on our floor had flooded as well because they left the door open for the 24 hours we were there. The elevator would also not take you to the right floor. Bathrooms were severely outdated. We had to check out after 1 night didn't even make it a full 24 hours. They also refused to refund us.

Good location with many dining and entertainment options
