Superb hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Made use of the laundry service with no problems. Tourist attractions are all within walking distance.

Budget hotel in NE. Close to the city and nice view. Vajira (manger) is very helpful

5 star rating for the stay here. Clean rooms & bathrooms. The owner is a lovely lady with a beautiful heart. And her cooking is just so delicious and fresh.

The property has a wonderful view and rooms overlooking Nuwara Eliya. The staff are kind and diligent, especially as there were so few of them when we stayed! The food was great also.
There are lots of stairs and no disabled access, so may be unsuitable for some less able travellers. The building is a little tired and could use some small refurbishments, but it still makes an entirely pleasant place to stay

It was a decent hotel with a very sweet older couple running it. They were very nice and helpful and made good homemade breakfast up on the roof. The location was pretty bad, outside the city center and up a steep hill and quite hard to find. The walk between the hotel and city center was not very pleasant.
The room was quite nice and big but could get cold at night so you had to use a portable heater.
One of the neighboring hotels played extremely loud music at night and made it hard to sleep, but there is not much the hotel can do to fix that.

Local hospitality was great and food provided was also good. Bathroom had serious damp problem with bad small but over all for the price for a 1 night stay more than sufficient. Views were stunning.

Amazing room, amazing staff, close to main junction. Absolutely a bargain. Loved our stay here.

Just stayed for 01 night.We had a duplex room.Clean and cozy.Staff was polite and cleanilesss was good.English breakfast served in the morning.
Only thing for improvement is that they should take payment online .Also the card swiping machine was out of order.Rest was nice
