This is my 5th stay at this hotel. I love this hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The only complaint I have is the pool. It looks filthy every time we’ve stayed there. I’ve mentioned it to the staff and was told the pool liner is stained but actually clean. This is a nice hotel so why not do something about the pool? I’ve never seen anyone swimming in it either.

We liked the room. It was very spacious. Very clean and everything works. Very quite and the front desk associate was very friendly. Pool didnt look very inviting but everything else was great! Didnt hear anybody getting shot and didnt hear any sirens.

I liked that the price was right for our family. It was close to many restaurants and it was close to Notre Dame. The staff was very friendly. We had two rooms. I called early in the day to get our rooms side by side. They said they had rooms set aside for our request, however, when we tried the keys to one of our rooms, they didn’t work. Turns out the lock was broken on the room and had not been fixed. Therefore, our second room was three doors down from our other room. One room had sprinkles from cookies on a shelf from a previous guest. So the shelves had not been cleaned. The second room had an odor that resembled a locker room. We stay at home 2 suites frequently. This one was just okay.

We liked everything except the bed. It was rather small for a queen, my best guess is it was a full.

Overall our stay was just okay, the hotel was really beautiful on the outside and the lobby. But when it came to the room,there was a coffee spill on the hallway side of our entry door to our room that tons of housekeepers walked past and never cleaned. And our floor carpet tiles were popped up off the ground in a few spots creating a tripping hazard. There were also some rust spots in the shower. The pool is also super tiny, and there's no hot tub, which there wasn't advertised to be one to be fair, but its just odd to have such an expensive hotel and be missing amenities that cheap hotels have. I don't think I would choose to stay here again, the price is not worth the condition of the room, at least in my experience.

I was very surprised how great the rooms were. Full sized fridge, plates, cups ,utinsels, etc. Staff was friendly and hlvery helpful, and breakfast was also very good

We needed to change rooms because our first room had a noisy clanking fan in the air conditioning unit. The second room was lovely. The staff was helpful and responsive, regarding the issue.

I love having a kitchen in every room that I stay in at Home 2 Suites. This is my favorite place to stay when I’m driving from Chicago to Cleveland and need to stop.

Great location! Quiet hotel with comfortable beds. It seems recently renovated and is cute. The breakfast was adequate. The biggest drawback was that the hotel is sorely understaffed. One worker was taking care of huge breakfast crowds (teen baseball teams were staying at the hotel). No housekeeping unless requested. The pool seemed old with stagnant water so that was disappointing. We would stay again knowing the limitations though. The staff we did encounter was very friendly and nice - just need more!!!

This is our 2nd time staying in a Home2 Suites. They are a good value for the money. I always love the modern colorful decor and the complimentary breakfast!

Cleanliness was on point as always, however upon immediately entering the room, I discovered the toilet was clogged. When i brought this to the attention of the feont desk, they informed me that there was no maintenance on duty and asked if I wanted a plunger (which was what I was going to ask for originally anyways). After several attempts, the clog was not budging and nothing could be done until either the next day or it resolved itself (which it did around 1a that evening).
Furthermore, I decided to check out early in the morning (4a), however no staff was present at the front desk, nor was there a designated area to drop off the room keys. As such, i was forced to either leave them on the unattended desk where anyone could grab it, or leave it on the computer behind the desk (which was littered with various items).

It would have been nice if we were informed ahead of time that the pool was closed. Breakfast was kind of limited and not replenished as needed. The lady at the front desk who checked us in Monday night 3/27 was pleasant and friendly.

The staff at the front desk and breakfast area was great, super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and shops and 15 minutes from Notre Dame University. We didn’t request housekeeping service, but they gave us extra towels and the room was impeccably clean upon our arrival.

Indoor pool was closed the day I arrived. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Faucet in bathroom worked but was broken... Wasn't glued down, so it moved when you turned it on or off.

My electronic key would not work. I was locked out of room. Went to front desk and waited 15 mins because desk person was dealing with another issue. Not her fault. She was very nice and apologized over and over.

Body wash was empty (makes you wonder what else hasn’t been checked recently)
“Blanket” on the bed was a mattress cover! Gross! Slept in my coat.
Never got a receipt, despite asking for it twice. Overall, very disappointing and won’t book again.

A hip, upbeat place with anything you’d need. We’ve stayed here several times and have always been glad we did!

I left early…bed was old and lumpy, sheets were full of static, it was loud with people running up and down halls until 2 AM. Manager offered a refund but charged me anyway.
