Good service and still new.

Everything went smoothly until the checkout morning. In order to avoid leaving anything behind I checked the back of the sofa that was close to the bed. Then I found a used condom. I have never seen such a gross thing in a hotel room or any places in my life. I didn’t upload the photo here as I don’t want to offend people. I don’t understand how that kind of a dirty thing can be left in the room and was not cleaned for four days. It is the last and the most gross thing you would ever want to find in a hotel room not to mention at a five star hotel in Seoul! When I reported the problem to the manager on duty, he apologized but my whole mood and impression of Novotel is completely ruined. The way the management handled the situation actually made me more mad. He basically said there was not much he could do as we found the dirty stuff on our way to the airport. He paid for a cup of coffee and dragged our bags to the taxi. My whole trip to Korea left dirty feelings and I will never want to stay at any branches of Novotel in any part of the world.

Location is great and convenient. The hotel could be more clean though and wasn’t really cleaned thoroughly daily.

Hotel just next to Yongsan Station and linked with footbridge, large shopping mall is next to train station, really convenient for travellers!! Room is clean and tidy, room size is spacious, will choose again!!

We really enjoyed the hotel, nice room and very friendly service minded concierge and reception. Only minor issue is location, with nothing really within walking distance.

It was a memorable experience staying at Novotel Suites. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the Han river. Special thanks to Sophie from GRO and Yejin from concierge for helping me a little surprise for my wife’s birthday.

Upon check out. Staff insisted we used mouthwash and ate chips without even checking room. Must pay. We rejected and insisted they get housekeeping to check. After 10 minutes says no need to pay. Mistake on their part.

Rooms were clean, staff was very nice. Only glitch was once w/housekeeping, everything was rectified. Got to room and there was garbage left under sink from previous guests.
Room service was good.
Had excellent service from Sccot Lee (yes, correct spelling) concierge. Always very helpful! Thank you!
Walking to mall/transport was nice/easy.
Washer/dryer was GREAT to have in room. Hardly packed any clothes. 😊 left more room for shopping!

Staff customer service needs work. For the amount of money we paid for this hotel compare to other you would think service would be spotless. It started when the front desk lady in a looking down manner informed us check in is at 1500. But when I asked another staff, for those with reservations they can check you in a few minutes earlier. Room service, it took almost 4 hours for our food to finally arrived as they initially delivered it to another room… and they even had the gall to ask if they need to remake our order in which we said yes. Bar service also needs work, a few times we ordered things and not received them… and we were in the bar every night. House keeping also ignored request for items. For our entire stay no room service was requested, we only asked for replacement coffee or towels… yet a few time they ignored our request/did not drop them off. Not really sure if it’s language barrier or what, but my previous stay in other hotels in S. Korea never had this much issue. My recommendation is for them to work on their customers service process as it needs work badly.

Truly excellent hotel and staff are above and beyond in every way.. Guest services and calls for help with any issues are addressed immediately. Furniture in living room should be better quality, but views from LR and BR are quite spectacular.

The Junior Suite was affordable, and provided a spacious and luxury living area. The bed size was bigger than King, the guest services were prompt and friendly. Overall, this hotel was a treat!

Great welcoming with incredibly kind and helpful staff all around. Praise for the lady in charge of the 35th floor, she was lovely. Only the shower pressure could be better but other than that, recommend.

Next to I-Shop shopping mall with great shopping options and dining choices. Next to the yongsan train station. Although we didn't take any train rides in Seoul, but the location is accessible for all types of travellers. Major tourist attractions are within 2-3km radius. Friendly staff! Just make sure when you book your taxi choose the right Novotel! Cuz we ended up at Novotel Gangnam on the first day. The only bad experience was that we checked in on 1st jan which is local long public holiday period, the hotel was overwhelmed by check ins and outs. Waited for about 1hr but our check out was very fast as it was already over the local public holiday period.

Awesome location, nice service and great amenities! The first room i got was not clean so I asked the front desk to change the room and it took some time to get it changed. That was the only thing to point out and other than that everything was great. Staffs are nice and the night view was amazing!

Check in was terrible. Although we’ve arrived in Korea more than 1 month ago, they still demand to see the PCR negative arrival results (issued more than 1 month ago)! Took a lot of scrambling for us to finally find something to proof after more than 15 minutes. Hotel staff need to be thinking of purpose of rule instead of blindly requesting.
The hotel room itself was great, good facilities including washing machine, microwave, weighing scale.

The hotel was very nice. Clean and well maintained. The hotel personal were friendly and very professional. Loved the free indoor pool and room service was great. There were only two negative factors during our 3 days there. One was the elevators weren’t all working so had to wait a long time to get on and off. And the view from our room was blocked by the side of the building. We paid a lot to stay there and the view was kind of disappointing. But overall it’s a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing! I would definitely stay again (with hopes of having a better view lol)

1층 컨시어지에 생수를 추가로 요청드렸더니 돈을 내야한다고 하셨어요. 서울 시내 5성급 호텔에서 유료로 생수(시중에서 판매하는 브랜드 제품이 아닌 자체 Complimentary Water)를 유상으로 추가 제공하는 경우는 이번이 처음이었어요. 그밖에 만족스러운 stay 였습니다만, 굳이 불편을 꼽자면 화장실 라이팅이 하나의 스위치로 다 묶여있어서 새벽에 환하게 불을 다 켜고 사용해야했던 점 등이 있겠네요.

거의 감동이었습니다.출발 아침에 갑자기 다쳐서 발목 반깁스상태로 체크인 했어요.연휴기간이라 프론트도 복잡하고 그랬는데 휠체어도 빌릴 수 있었고 아이스팩 서비스도 받고 콘시어드 서비스가 참 훌륭했습니다.저는 주로 머큐어쪽에 머물렀는데 그 이유는 풀키친 때문.이번에도 연박하여 4박5일 머물렀는데 냉동칸 없는 부엌이 좀 아쉽긴 했습니다.암튼 서비스만큼은 최고입니다. 감사합니다.

Problem with hotel is TV. This hotel only has local sports channel. If you have to watch Premier league, La liga, Champions league, NBA or UFC, do not stay here. They only have local sports. For sports fans, not a good hotel.

Clean and great. Organized and really friendly staff. From the front desk to the housekeeper. same housekeeper for the duration of the stay. Super friendly and understanding when I asked her to return later.
