Everything is good however to have all lifts to be malfunctioned @ the same time, trapping us in the hotel and missing business appointments is a no go for me. This is the last time i will ever stay in this Sheration Hotel.

Easily some of the best service at this hotel. A little inconvenient to other locations in KL until you realise the MRT is a short walk across the street from the garage.

This hotel has excellent room conditions – very clean with comfortable bedding, a clean bathroom, and convenient sofas. The water pressure is good, and the hairdryer is powerful. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and it's pleasant to eat with fewer people around. The Teh Tarik at the entrance is genuinely delicious; among many I've tried, it's rich and tasty.
Two downsides: Even when completely closing the windows, some wind-like noise is audible. I'm not sensitive to it, so I slept well. Also, when ordering Nasi Lemak and Fish & Chips through room service, the food took quite a long time to arrive, and the taste was disappointing. A colleague who ordered a sandwich also found it unappealing. It's puzzling why room service doesn't match the quality of the breakfast buffet.
If you don't use room service, there's nothing to be disappointed about – it's a very good hotel.

I was disappointed with the standards at this Sheraton. A 5* hotel but there seems to be a lack of good management and thus a staff that lacked confidence and excellence. On a physical note, the use of sateen mix duvet covers instead of the usual 5* crisp cotton is a terrible idea! Sateen holds smells and is too warm for comfort, it also looks shabby quickly with nicks and snags. Several things in the room (club lounge access) didn't work ....TV channels, telephone, USB charge port etc. This is just simple maintenance and that is why I conclude it must be a management problem trickling down through to all staff. I tried to extend my 5night stay and was met with hostility and so I checked out. Very weird and unusual for a Sheraton!

Hotel was clean and new and nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside was there's very limited shopping and food nearby.

Check in was terrible. Lift was down to 1 that is working on the 2nd day of the stay. Waited for for more than half an hour for a lift.

Location of hotel is just beside an expressway & its quite inconvenient to & from the hotel . Not many sign board in advance to direct taxi to premises .

They have 3 containers fixed in bath room for shower shampoo and conditioner. Don’t have anything beside basin making it inconvenient as glass door only swing outward and in addition floor is slippery after bath so is not good to go in and out of bathroom just to wash hands. When I request for for small hand gel they said is unavailable.
Room in service is very slow and the operator is not very helpful when I request for non seafood. I waited almost 1 hour for food.
At entrance there is no concierge staff to help. So far the hotels I stayed, there is always someone at entrance.
Disappointed.

Although it's not my first stay with Sheraton, it's not quite a comfortable and decent one. I'd like to emphasize that the service is quite slow and unsatisfactory, particularly the part of washroom, where the cleaning service has not been fully covered. Also, the shower area is quite narrow and the water is easily spread out from the inside. The only thing I am pleased is the bed frame which's soft. However, if you don't want the bed to be too soft, this Hotel is not good choice! The location of the hotel is not ideal, when everyone knows how bad the traffic is. If you want to go out for drink and eat, there're plenty of choices for you in KL, not this one.

All good except the aircon in my room. Around 12.30am until morning around 7.00am the air condition feel hot, feeling about 25 degrees celsius at 19 degree celsius setting ( fan speed set at 3 ).

Overall pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff, smooth check in and out, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, good amenities, nice ambiance and decor. Pool facility is easily fully booked so remember to reserve early to avoid disappointment.

Everything is brand new and somemore under Sheraton marque. Very happy even only for one night stay. Will come again for another staycation.

In general,the foods taste were quite good despite sometime some food were not so fresh i.e. fried spring rolls were sour.

My husband and I were looking for a stay cation for an end of year break. We actually considered the hilton pj as well but chose the sheraton because their customer service was miles better when I called to enquire regarding the packages they had on offer. The hilton staff were not even aware of the packages and passed me on to 3 different people whereas the sheraton staff answered my questions in less than 3 minutes.
The service was likewise impeccable throughout our stay and requests were met very graciously and quickly.
Food was also good and abundant.
It was our second time staying at the sheraton and definitely won't be our last as it is now our preferred choice for stay cations!

Hotel is quite new and cozy.
Breakfast is superb, love the serving of fruits and yogurt as starter.
