Breakfast was good but the kitchen staff could not keep up,hence empty containers,food and utensils.had to wait for items. Not enough kitchen help??

Front desk attitude

I stayed at this hotel on my 2 day business trip. I must say the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Other then the guest over my head being very obnoxious with their noise, (which the hotel isn't to blame for) I enjoyed my time there. Just try to get the highest floor if you are going to book here and everything should be fine.

STAY AWAY!!! I have never been treated so poorly by any company in my life. We arrived at the hotel at 5pm to be told that the room type (two queen beds) we booked weeks ago was unavailable. The woman at the front desk started to see if she could help us with another room type for our family of four. That is when the manager walked over and abruptly stopped her and said she canceled our reservation an hour ago and there was nothing for us. She absolutely refused to help us. Her reasoning was that Expedia often over books room types. When I asked why wasn’t I notified sooner than an hour AFTER check-in starts, she told me that they don’t see their bookings until 3pm each day! She said Expedia should have call me to tell me it was cancelled! Canceled while we were traveling to the hotel!?!Meanwhile, the hotel had my information. The manager could have call me. The proof is the credit card charge on my account. Now I have the pleasure of not only my weekend being ruined, but fighting with the bank to have the charge removed. Hilton, how is this a way to run a business and treat your customers? All the hotels in the area were booked. We had to miss our event, turn around and drive the four hours with our two young kids back home. My family will never book any Hilton hotel again!

We stayed there two years ago and loved their rooms and breakfast. It just seemed that they were understaffed because the room was not thoroughly cleaned and the areas by the breakfast were looking like they had not been deep cleaned in a while. Also the fan in our suite was really loud and the sheets for the pull out bed didn’t seem like they were fresh. For the money, we would have liked a cleaner place. Sadly, we probably have to go elsewhere next time.

Fire alarm went off at 2 :00 am in the morning had to go outside for aprox 40 minutes in the cold.

I can not say enough how awesome our stay here was. When we got there our room was not ready, so we were given an upgrade to a larger room. Hospitality was amazing, the breakfast was great, and the wednesday salad hour was fabulous. Overall 5 stars!

The fire alarm went off at 5:00 am. It was freezing out. We were outside for more than 30 minutes. No one told us what was going on. It was a terrible experience

The room/suite was awesome. However, dishes were left in the dishwasher. I wasn’t sure if they were clean or dirty. When I brought back the blankets on bed there were hairs scattered. The shower still had hair on the walls and dirt on the base. Overall I enjoyed my stay just wish it was more clean…I could have complained and got new stuff but I’m not gonna hassle someone over a night when I was in the room less than 12 hours

The workers were great!!! However, the condition of the funeral was disgusting. I didn’t want to sit in the dining room chair or on the sofa. The electricity went out and all of my food went to waste. Due to no fault of the employees, there was an irate guest threatening to fight other guests. The Manager did a great job handling the situation and she contacted the authorities for the safety of others.

Everything was perfect! They had the jacuzzi closed because it was being maintained… that was the only thing.

On the same floor as a bunch of kids, runny up and down the hall & being loud during the night. The rest of the nights were peaceful, after being place on another floor, with a better air condition unit.

the hotel is very nice the only I dnot like is the housekiping no make everyday it`s only if nesesary but the rest very good...

We had a good stay. The breakfast was decent and the pool was fun. We enjoyed how the room is set up with a living room/kitchen and a desperate bedroom. WE could pout our 2 year old in the living room and we stayed in the bedroom. That way he can sleep and we don't have to go to bed at 7:30. Very convenient having a kitchen as well. will stay again when we visit family down there.

Was able to check in early which was nice but what wasn’t was when room service tried to open my door twice while i was in the shower. Told me i wasn’t supposed to be there. Not sure what that was about but it did make me uncomfortable to be at my door in my towel trying to explain that i checked in early

Enjoyed our stay here, front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Main elevator was out during our whole stay, hopefully not a long term issue. There is a mall right across the parking lot, and a Target/Walmart/dining/coffee within a very short drive from the hotel. Will stay again if back in the area.

Theroom was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, both of the elevators were not working for my entire stay after the initial check-in. I checked-in on Monday and out on Friday with a room on the 4th floor. At the end of a long day, sometimes it's nice to have a little bit of that luxury that we pay for.
