This Hotel 6 was less than desirable. Lacked amenities dirty hallways. The blankets had burn holes visible. The room smelled and there was no shampoo available. Terrible place to stay.

If you’re just looking for somewhere to lay your head definitely not bad. Not in a very good area and didn’t have very good water pressure or very hot water. However, it was clean and the desk clerk was amazing!

Check-in was super easy. The desk worker was very friendly. I asked for the ground floor. She also brought us extra pillows. It is no frills, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area. We easily found restaurants and shopping. Easy access to 95. Plenty of parking. No breakfast, but fresh coffee. We would stay there again.

We stayed 5 nights. Beds are comfortable, rooms were clean. Shower was ok. No housekeeping for five days.wish they coild vacuum a d change towels at least once.other than that we were ok.no problems.

The staff was great and super helpful. There was a smell of sewer in the hall the entire time we were there, and it looked as if the main drainage pipe was located in the middle of the hallway. The area where the motel is located is in an area that feels very unsafe. Once we went into the room, we did not go out if it was dark, we had food delivered, and I kept checking out the window on my car.

Very late arrival, very tired, great, quick check in and ground floor room right there by the door but not close enough to be noisy. Great bed, nice shower, microwave and fridge worked. Perfect in, perfect out!

Receptionist was friendly. The area seems a bit shady, with a couple junker cars in the parking lot.
The bed had no spread, just a sheet. There is no coffee maker in room. And needing an outlet for a CPAP, I had to pull the bed out from the wall just to reach it.
All that being said, if I needed an affordable stay in the area, I would at very least consider it again.

This hotel is worth the few extra bucks to me because its run right by professionals ..The staff are on point ,curtious and the hotel is clean ..for the area it is in you wont find a better hotel

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Room smelled horrible. People smoking in non smoking rooms across from us. People yelling throughout night. Staff talking on cell phone while taking my reservation. Unusual activity around the motel. Find something else in this area.

The shower didnt work, the room was dirty and we heard everything from the others rooms. After 2hours, we decide to leave and sleep in our car in a rest area and it was way better compared to this motel

For a motel 6 it was really nice and they accepted dogs which was amazing but the area and the people there wasn’t the best

It was not bad but not good the door lock was loose anybody could just break it down there was hair in the tub the soap broke in little pieces when I open it the quilt was like a throw on for ur sofa I’m a hk I know the way the room was I would of got fired but I needed a night to stay the staff was nice tho

There was no hot water and the water pressure in the sink was very poor. The heater was very loud. The people at the front desk in the morning were helpful in canceling my reservation for Saturday at the same location. I won't stay there again. After calling to cancel with Hotels.com we could not get any help. First the system was down and we called back and couldn't get a person on the phone. We are still not sure if you have canceled our stay in Ashland for Saturday, Nov. 4. It was a hassle to try to go through Hotels.com to cancel.

This visit was not nearly as good as usual. When we arrived at 3:30 we were told a room was not clean yet. When the found a room, it seemed ok, but when our cat went under the bed it was dirty, had cups and other stuff under it. They ae extremely nice there and I think were short of help. I will probably try again.

The worst place between eight others on our trip now, scruffy, only Coffee for breakfast, one Socket Out of Order, exaust fan was loud and could Not be switched Off, the heating Stunk

We wanted a clean safe place for the night..no frills..and that is what we got.. place is run down but room clran..no hair dryer, shampoo sample and had to get guy to turn shower on! Desk people were very nice..very close to highways not to eating places

I've stayed with you all around this time of year for the past several years. This stay was probably the best since you first opened. Services was great, quick and efficient.....no undesirables hangings around the property. Will come back again next year.

Room had no towels and someone's wash cloth was left in the shower. Seemed to be a lot of unwanted guests; but management seem to have everything under control. Check in was done with great customer service. Would stay again

Initial room the toilet did not flush and a roach in the bathtub. They moved me to another room and there was no way to turn on the shower that I could figure out. Also a roach appeared in that bathroom also. I didn’t stay the second night of my 2 night reservation!

The people in the connecting room were smoking all night and we could smell it in our room. The next morning we woke up to the smell of marijuana in our room. Room not worth the money spent

The staff was very professional as well as personable. The location is perfect with the interstate feet from the property. Would stay here every time I have to be in the area.

I arrived about 10pm pretty exhausted. The front desk person was kind enough to roll my duffle bag to my room, as I was carrying other stuff on my walker (and kind of struggling to do so). She went way above and beyond, and I really appreciated her help.

Great location and very pet friendly. Slightly rough neighborhood but plenty of open green space to walk the dog. Room clean, with new fixtures in the bathroom.AC broken, big puddle on floor. They cleaned it up right away. Common area hallway carpet super filthy, needs replacing. Obvious mechanical vibration and noise in room, noticeable through the floors and bed, made it hard to sleep. They are renting rooms to sketchy locals. Receptionist very nice. Price is right.

The motel was off the beaten path, and down a quiet street. Easy to walk to aareas of the city.

Worst stay ever! We couldn’t rest at all, the neighbors next door were HIGH, fighting or having a party ALL night! It was horrible to the point we had to wake up at 5:00am and they still had their loudest behavior and NO one cares.
