Safe, convenient & clean

The host & room was amazing. I most definitely will be staying here from now on.

Check in was fast and easy. The building was clean and quiet.

Friendly and caring staff.

Our stay was okay until I used the guest laundry room on our floor. I wore a sweatshirt to fly home on today 4-27-2023, and I felt like something was biting me like crazy to the point upon arrival at my home airport,I went into ladies room and removed the top and seen that my arms were being ate up. And I threw my brand new sweatshirt away. I'm very disappointed about this experience. I called back to the hotel and made them aware of the incident and told them to do extra cleaning and run the washer and dryer on that 3rd floor to disinfect them

This was a "we need an accessible space for one night while we arrange a space at home after a hospital stay" turned "get out the house" night that I accidentally mis-scheduled a month out rather than the night of. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the property has aged well since I first viewed it while researching hotels for out of town guests in 2018. Well Done! The only reason the rating is not a full joy smiley face is that the evening desk attendant seemed not to want to be working-you know, civil, but none too friendly. She was, however, competent. Other staff later made up for the initial lack of sunshine... The hotel is adjacent to not less than 10 eateries, several service stations, urgent care, Interstate 85, and only about 10-15 minutes south of Hartsfield. The grounds, common areas, and interior corridors were clean, well-lit, and well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept really well on the comfy bed and body-conforming pillows. The mobility accessible room was spacious and well-laid out. The restroom's low profile tub and extra floor space were needed accommodations. We didn't use the pool, but the area was clean and well-lit. We did use the gym and the equipment was in good working order and well maintained. Breakfast was appropriate to our no-pork diet. The grits, which are easy to mess up, were "bodified" and properly seasoned. Thank y'all for a restful evening!

I only stayed 1 night due to other obstacles that occur the location was perfect for me but the ladies lyric and ebony was right on time they made sure that everything was perfect

The property is very nice, new, clean, and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Staff was very friendly and professional Outstanding!

Not able to receive a copy of my bill before checkout. This was inconvenient because if was not to get a clear understanding of the charges before being processed on my credit card. This may very well cause a overdraft on my checking account.

Everything was excellent. The front desk were very nice and allowed us an early check in after driving all night from Ohio to deliver our precious cargo back home to get ready for school. Swimming and exercise room were good. The room was clean and plenty of space for storage. Just excellent!! We enjoyed our stay!!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and well furnished. I really enjoyed eating an actual hot breakfast!

Amazing staff helped me with a booking problem and went above and beyond to make sure it was worked out. Room was very clean and the building is well maintained. The extra amenities like free breakfast, indoor pool and the gym make it a perfect place to relax. I'll definitely be staying again. 10/10 stars!

The beds are extremely hard, no fruit on breakfast bar after 9am and advsd no more would be offered, although bkfst ended an hour later at 10am. Also, currently being charged a smoking fee, when noone dared to smoke in the room. Asked for photo evidence of said "ashes" and told they would check with operations manager, also stated a cigar package was in trash-actually valid, but trash only-no smoking inside period. I am pregnant and traveled with my 3 yo son and my 6 yo nephew visited as well. My husband smoked outside in the smoking area both days of the stay, which I'm certain is visible from all cameras. Definitely no smoking in the room, completely distasteful accusation and appears to be a means to collect funds outside of standard fee, which was paid in full prior to arrival. On the other hand, front desk associate was extremely polite upon our late arrival. And the interior/exterior appeared well kept.

Hotel and staff are nice. The king beds on site are not standard size, and are closer to a queen.

This is a brand new property so everything is in tip top shape. It is close to fast dining options and is a stone's throw from the highway, Nestled away in a little wooded area, it feels extremely safe walking around here.

Power went out around 7am. Notifications from staff and ETA for power return was never communicated.

Very nice service and room but the bed was like sleeping on the floor because of the mattress.
