The area was quiet and near a nice outlet mall. The inside was pretty and clean. The room was big! Two queen beds. The breakfast was perfect. The only issue is the noise of other guests was easy to hear. I use noise cancelling headphones at hotels so it was not too much of an issue for me.

We loved the hotel only complaint I have is the pillows were so small and flattened out bad. So bring your own pillows.

Very clean. TV had no signal. The shower door didn’t close properly so there was water all over the floor. No closet just hooks. No rugs - bare floor. Bed was comfy.

Everything about our stay and this property was wonderful. The hotel is whimsically decorated without being childish. Rooms are incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room rate included a great breakfast including an automated pancake machine. Location was perfect with a Movie Tavern next door and outlet shopping center across the street. My only complaint was lack of restaurant options; however, that area looks new and appears to be growing.

I usually like the Tru Hotels but the beds and pillows in this one are terrible. It is clean and a great location. Quiet and easy access so really that is my only negative that the beds and pillows could use an upgrade.

Brand new place and tv was not compatible for streaming! Really? Place was very nice except the mattress was so hard that neither of us got much sleep.

AC is noisy even turned off, imagine that ! Be careful with the bed frame when you walk around it, my leg is still bleeding!

Nice place! Clean. Bed was a little hard! Otherwise great place! Breakfast bar was fantastic, especially for free with your room. Great location next to shopping and entertainment!

Would like to see more towels provided initially. Would also like families with children to be placed on lower floors and adults on higher floors so that little children are not bouncing overhead. The bed was comfortable. Overall, a nice location and stay experience.

We love Tru by Hilton. Hot coffee and water for tea in the lobby 24/7, a pool table for family fun, and a great breakfast with lots of options are our favorite things.

The place was nice and the staff friendly. The only issue we had was the noise from another room while trying to sleep both nights. I did call the desk and they contacted the people but only made it worse. That wasn't the hotels fault.

Very noisy from the lobby (we were next to elevator on 2nd floor). but stopped at 10 pm. Most beautiful shower but no strip on bottom of door and floor was soaked. Needed a baggage cart at 7 am but none were to be found in the lobby or any hallway. They had to be inside rooms all night. No sign telling folks to return them when finished DO NOT KEEP IN YOUR ROOM OR HALLWAY! Wonderful breakfast!

Very nice hotel. Only issue was having to go to the lobby for coffee when you get up. This maybe the way hotels are going but haven't stayed in one that did it like that yet. I like having my first cup in the room. Really, everything else was very nice.
