It was a quick trip, easy, and problem-free. Check-in went smoothly and our check-in staff person was very helpful and friendly. He helped us with a couple of things we forgot to bring on our short trip. The room and bathroom were very nice, clean, and easy to navigate. The hotel had easy access to the area we were visiting. Lots of decent eating areas around. Breakfast was simple, good, well maintained by staff, and not crowded. Check-out was simple. Will come again.

Nice place. Clean with comfortable beds. The shower curtain was worn and needs replacing. My biggest complaint was the noise. Doors slamming throughout the evening. The sound really carries through the hallway into the rooms.

I went to the lobby at 1:00am to get cough/sleep medicine for my boyfriend and the woman working the desk was amazing. She had some great suggestions for suppressing his cough and even got me some sleepy time chamomile tea for him. It worked like a charm and I am grateful for her help. The manager was very nice and helpful with restaurant suggestions and the lady at the desk the next day gave my daughter some feminine hygiene products. I am not usually that needy of a hotel guest but these people were lovely and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great pool, room good size, comfortable bed and linens. Would like to see glassware in room instead of plastic Bathroom requires towel hooks for clothing. small amount of mold in shower otherwise great stay.

Great dining area for morning coffee and bagels. Love, love, love the bathroom!!! Staff was exceptional. Young man in training at front desk was wonderful. Diningroom supervisor brought us out fresh oranges. Desk clerk gave use extra coffee for our room. Next time we visit our son, we will return here!

The room we had had slimy mold in the table. The room next to us was in the hallway until 3 am running back and forth and ripping do not disturb tags off the doors. It was loud and obnoxious.

The pool was not a heated pool. It was the main reason we picked that hotel, to use the heated pool. Our tub wouldn't drain

The hotel did not have the room that I had paid for through Expedia and I had to spend an additional $536 to stay there and I did not get the room I had reserved.
