Location is excellent but, be warned this is more for backpackers or big grps with a low budget. Bunk bed/dorm rooms. Very old furnishings, obvious daily HK is not staffed. Dust in rooms. Breakfast is army mess style. Scrambled eggs (cold), bacon, tinned mushrooms. Food leftover is saved for the next day. They would survive if in a city, food hygiene is obvious. Service needs to improve, show care and a fresh continental breakfast cooked fresh would suffice. The bistro/whole centre is 70's decor needing a refresh. Suggest a refurb the owner needs to step it up. Lack of interest can be seen througout the venue and staffs demeanour. ONLY positive hot water for showers. Would not return again unless some changes occured.

The sauna they advertised was out of order. The pool was cloudy and dirty with damaged board across the sauna. The room was terrible. The curtain was vroken on one window there wasn't a curtain on the other so the outside light ahone straight onto my pillow and kept me awake all night.

Probably the worst customer service I've experienced. Check in was late & staff member just casually laughed it off. A guest was berated for asking for an extra piece of toast. Our television didn't work. The one dinner we ate from there was lukewarm when it came out and the dining room was cold and dark. We decided to leave a night early as our house was a couple of hours away & we had finished our snowplay early enough. I wouldn't go back there

The room is old and bed was so hard. But you get what you paid for. You’re only there to sleep after a tiring day at the slopes. The room is warm but beds are not comfortable. The breakfast was good. Friendly staffs. And they had drying room for snow gears and that was good. Overall our stay was good. Still recommend this hotel.

This was the second time I stayed in this facility and although it is not the best, it is ok to sleep. However, on Saturday I stayed for a night and the experience was horrible. There was an event in the facility which included a singer, this function did not ended until midnight and you could feel the artist was in the bedroom as the music was loud. Furthermore, as there was young people staying, there was a lot of noise, people having a party until passed midnight. Through covid times, I dont even understand how this is allowed. I could hear people introducing each other and having lots of alcohol. When we woke up in the morning all the drinking evidence was there. Also, once we were able to fall asleep, in the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off and almost were evacuated, propably the people staying were smoking in the rooms or pressing the alarm for fun, who knows. In conclusion, if you are looking to relax after a day of skiing and you are planning to stay during the weekend, I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Requested a double bed, received no reply. Bedroom Doors can’t lock from the outside so didn’t feel my property was secure.

We booked a Double Room with a Proivate Bathroom and received a small room with two single beds and shared bathroom facilities! Not very COVID safe

No staff around during check in hours. Unclean and not maintained well. "Breakfast" was cereal lying outside for atleast 24+ hours and some milk.

Do not believe anything about this place. Its a flop house. If you want to spend a night in a filthy room, with screaming teenagers as neighbors and surly staff for the price of a 4 star hotel at the Rocks in Sydney pick this place. So bad walked out. Have never done that in 40 years of travel to over 50 countries. Does not even stand up to a youth hostel.

Noisy roomers, late entry early hours very inconsiderate students. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bathroom door not able to be closed or locked in a communal area - not good. Warm and cosy but not spacious. No kitchen or fridge access - not good for families. Great hot cooked breakfast each day a bonus.
