There is no place to check in. A little confusing. You have to go up to the Hotel/casino. The room was comfortable and clean. Beautiful view. I'd stay there again.

Friday night check in took way longer because they only had two employees working and it had to be done at the hotel, not the lodge. The bed was horrible, room was very old and the bedding was stained

To call and get the Wi-Fi password from the front desk I was on hold for half an hour. To get checked in I was waiting for 20 minutes to be helped. Staff is lazy

Accidentally booked the hotel through hotels com and couldn't refund it so that's the start of my experience. Then because it was booked 2 weeks in advance the lodge puts me way in the back, room 104 where there is no cell phone service, yes wifi but complete dead zone, there was some unidentifiable blood stain looking thing on the shower curtain and hair in the sink that wasn't mine. Just disappointed.

Very improved since last stay; worth the savings to stay down the hill from the Casino.

The lodge was very very unexceptionable now I see why they don't post pictures of the room it's looks more like a hotel 6 than a lodge and this was supposed to be a junior suite but after paying extra money I didn't have to give my wife and I were put up in the casino which was a 2000 times better

Was a run down looking area and could not find the main lobby to check in. It was noisey and the area was not lit well. I did not sleep good. Should of stayed at the main casino arewa. I thought it was part of it.

Great Value. This was 1/3 of the price of Sedona hotels. It is a bit of a drive but times of parking for our trailer. Great restaurants nearby

The lodge is out of date. The bed was as hard as a rock and the springs made lots of noise when you moved on the bed. The rooms do not have noise absorbent walls, so I could hear all the conversations next door. We found several hairs in the bed and there were stains on the curtains, I'm not sure what of. The thing that really got be was a huge bag of dogfood next to the outside garbage can that was full of fly larva. I am unsure how long it was there. I don't think I will be staying again.

Just not especially impressed with the value for money, if I had a little more time, Im sure I would have found better for less

We arrived after 6pm on our reservation date. We were given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet, Check in time is 4pm. After having to drive back to Casino check in desk clerk didn't apologize. We asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one on site. Rooms for n Lodge definitely need updating and the vinyl flooring echoes when walking. Nothing was explained to us at check in except for here's a map and this is where your room is. Dispite winning a little bit of 💰 at Casino we won't be back!

We opted for the Lodge instead of the Main Casino Hotel, which was quite a bit cheaper. Granted it would have been nice to stay at the hotel connected to the casino, but this was a great option if you want to save some money. You do have to check in at the main hotel, since there is no one staffed at the Desk at the Lodge.
The Lodge is located down the hill from the main hotel/casino, but there was a shuttle bus that takes you from the Lodge to the Casino and they were very prompt and friendly. We had a toilet issue from the previous guest that must not have been disclosed the issue, but Maintenance came down right away and fixed it. The only thing that would have made it better is to have some sort of walking trail that you could go walk straight up to the casino instead of going around on the roads. Would definitely stay here again.

Mixed review. Best thing: the privacy and pretty much being left alone as it's downhill from the main hotel/casino, but you still have access to all that if you want. Grounds are well-kept. Downside: first night the heat didn't work and overnight temps in 20s. We woke up freezing. When called they did arrive within 10 min and got it fixed quickly. That said, it seems to be controlled centrally because once fixed, adjusting the temp and speed didn't seem to matter so it went from freezing to blistering hot. However, the bathroom remained cold since its not central. One box spring made a noise when sat on, took a while to figure out what the thumping noise was. But, mattress was reasonably comfortable. Odd these days to have no mini fridge or microwave in even the most basic motel. TV was small for the room size and remote had no back cover. Tub had slow drainage so you're standing in water during shower. I really liked the Signature Natura body wash.
Last day there, they started unannounced construction in the room directly below us. Heated pool and hot tub were open and surprisingly used by a couple people. On a warmer day, it was a good place to sit and enjoy the sun.
The place has promise and could just use a little updating and TLC to bring it to the level of a decent Super 8.

The bed sheets were not changed and had blood specs on them. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. The room was dusty like the room hadnt been used in awhile. The batteries to the remote were low and not working. We will NEVER stay there again!!

Worst motel stay of my life. No heat. Filthy. Money just randomly taken from your credit cards. Avoid this place

Would NOT recommend the Lodge portion of this facility for anyone. Old, not well maintained, dark, noisy.

The Lodge needs updating, I booked two rooms in one of them the shower head didn't work. One of the beds was so old you can feel the springs it looked uneven. The room didn't smell clean.

Checking in was done at the casino which only had two employees checking in guest. However the line was so long, my family & I waited 2 hours to get fully checked & to get a room. We did not get to our room until 10PM and but the time we got there we went to sleep & until the next day, we found COCKROACHES in the Restroom & on the ceiling above the beds. When we approached the problem at check out. we referred to come back with manager was available and only given a card to contact them.

This place is crap.
I guess they don't want anyone staying there, and move to the more expensive hotel.
Doors didn't close, not clean...

I stood in a line for 45 minutes to get checked in I had already made the reservation and paid on line

Check in took 45 minutes. They had 2 staff people checking in and there 10 people waiting in line.
The walls were dirty and need to be repainted.
The phone was unplugged and the wake up call system didn’t work.
The bed was nice and the pillows soft.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked 2 rooms with two king size beds. When we arrived and went to the reception to check in. we stood in line for 1 hour and 30 minutes. And for another 30-40 minutes she found out something about my reservation. We ended up being given one room in the main hotel with one bed and a second room in the lower hotel with 2 beds. The rooms are very dirty. The light in the toilet didn't work. I will never return here.

Very nice! Clean, quiet and comfy beds with a nice view

Waited over an hour to check-in and that was good; other people waited twice as long to check-in. Staff stated their computers were slow. No explaining or apologizing from staff. Drove through mud trying to find our room. Other room played loud music till after midnight. Tried calling staff for assistance twice and just got voicemail. Very poor customer service

The room at the Lodge was nice. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. The room was clean.
We did have issues at check-in that added about 20 minutes to our time. There was nobody at the Lodge to check us in so we had to drive to the hotel. Unfortunately there were some technical difficulties and hotels that were booked for the Lodge weren’t transferring properly to the hotel desk. They were able to help us, it just took some time and it wasn’t there fault. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and very helpful.

The property needs to be updated and remodeled. The rugs were filthy, and the walls and doors were dirty. Never again will I stay here.

very nice hotel comfortable rooms nice people. The bad was the evening buffet it was terrible food left out in warn=mers all day chicken skewers as hard as a rock gravy so thick from age not even stired up worst buffet i have ever had. positive side breakfast very good. when you go to a casino you at least expect the food to be good.

the lodge was scary and unsafe

Caution booking a stay here. If you don’t make sure it’s at the casino then you are renting the old lodge hotels that are pretty run down. Room was dirty, furniture was broken, beds are uncomfortable, etc….

Fridge in the one unit booked has leftover food from previous occupant.

The check in was good, friendly staff that being said the room itself was far from ideal. The carpets were dirty, there was mold on the walls in the bathroom, the chairs were broken and dirty, the beds were clean but so broken down they were extremely uncomfortable. The patio had dirty furniture, and something spilled on the ground, not usable, the sliding glass doors locks didn't work properly, the heater was loud and the odor that it emitted was not pleasant. Would not stay again!!

hard to find entrance, check in was at a different property, room was infested with fruit flies, when called front desk, they offered to spray the room, not something i want to sleep with or breathe, offered a room far away on different floor to swap or breakfast the next day, we chose breakfast. I put out a glass of wine to keep fruit flies happy and contained. we had been driving all day and did not want to swap rooms, breakfast was ok, very rushed due to our timeline, the breakfast staff was very helpful trying to help get us out on our timeline. they did not open until 7, very limited choices. front desk only left 2 passes for 3 people in our room, super crappy, would not recommend

Not clean (hair on the bathroom sink when we arrived). We had to go reactivate the magnetic key twice. The front desk at the lodge is always closed we had to go to the Hotel front desk and the line up was at least 15-20mins long each time
4.0
The property seemed minimally maintained. The beds and towels were clean. It appeared that the floors had not been vacuumed and there was old dog food and hair. We only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper and all of the lights were unplugged. Check in was odd as when we arrived there was no one at the desk and a line with others waiting. It was convenient off the freeway though

The room smelled like smoke and there were burns in the carpet! The lodge is not insight and you have to drive to it, however you have to go to the casino to check in.... very inconvenient and took too much time.
