Our family has traveled from Georgia and stayed in this particular hotel a couple of times even though we were visiting another city which is 30 minutes away. We didn't have many issues on our prior visits, not to say we didn't have any at all but, this time took the cake. We came for a relatives funeral and stayed here. When we first pulled up, there was lack of parking, we had to park in the parking lot at the next building over, the desk attendant didn't seem friendly, we had stained wash towels, no shower caps provided in the bathroom, and the breakfast situation was the worst...there was no coffee, no hot water for tea/oatmeal, and the food was scarce. There was an attendant there, but she was moving too slow for the amount of people that needed to be served. The restock of food was very slow on her end, food went very quickly, or it was cold and we were there EARLY! It was so bad that we didn't even try for breakfast anymore on the followings days.

The rooms here are always super clean even when you are traveling with your fur baby. Unlike some hotels you know you’re staying in a room assigned to fur babies owners.

This place is a mess. There are no pillows for those allergic to feathers. So we slept without pillows after driving 800 miles.
One morning there was not hot water. So we couldn't shower. The workout room cooling wasn't working, so it was super hot in there.
A large boys basketball team was very loud and making noise all night so we didn't sleep.
We stayed in the suite. The furniture was FILTHY stained and gross! We had to put towels on it to sit down.
There are massive opportunities for improvement here.
Theresa and Linda were lovely and helpful. The other staff were not concerned with our inconvenience.
For real, there are other choices to stay in Columbus and we will choose something other than this LaQuinta the next time.

Average hotel. The breakfast was limited no fruit at all and seemed to limit how much gravy etc they placed out. Later diners had very limited choices or no choices at all.

Must stay at this hotel was good. The only thing was the refrigerator was not working properly. Other than that everything else was great.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gal who made breakfast. Overall it was a very good experience. I realize why you have changed your policy on checking the rooms each day but I did miss that a little. Thank you for the good experience.

This hotel was very accessible to the highway, which allowed us to easily travel to friends and family in the area. We also found local attractions to explore, as well as places to walk (a Riverwalk and bike path) and shop.

Had a great stay here with my husband and our dog. The staff and our fellow guests were friendly, our room was very clean, and check-in/check-out was efficient and lovely. We look forward to our next stay at LaQuinta Columbus!

We left my 2nd cousins funeral at 2:00 Saturday and drove 8 hrs to Columbus for noon funeral on Sunday. Upon check in, Tiffany at front desk would not let my sister in law check in because her husband Charles, recently discharged from hospital. She woke him up to ask if it was ok for His wife Jeannie to check in, after we told her and show Illinois drivers license. Charles said sure, she’s my wife. I tried to put both names on the Orbitz reservation. The front desk sent maid supervisor up to Charles room and she said, yes that is a bed bug. When we called later the next day to inquire if someone had turned in a magnifying suction mirror. They said someone had rented the room so maybe they kept it. I thought the room should have been shut down and thoroughly cleaned. Miss Sally the breakfast hostess was wonderful and the food was great. When I checked out I gave the bed big to the front desk and they had already prepared both rooms for refunds. Not Orbitz fault so I will use you again. Thank you

Hotel appears new, but is in disrepair. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling, peeling wallpaper and the shower curtain bar is broken. The headboards were peeling and the carpet was gross. The bright side was the staff, who were friendly. I'd only stay again as a last resort.

Rust on all metal fixtures in the room: lamps, air return grates, door frames. Shower frame covered in black grime that I cleaned and showed to the manager. Dust covered all lamp bases and the TV base. Bathroom floor not clean. Coffee machine missing a part.

The room looked like it was going through a remodel, the desk and tv stand were away from the wall, and the baseboard was part way off. The wall thermostat did not work, had to use the old-fashioned unit controls, and the unit sounded like a jet plane taking off. The carpet needed vacuuming, bathroom floor needed sweep and mop, the covers on bed were stained. The Tv kept going dark the longer it was on. We were only there to sleep, so we did not complain. I would not use this hotel again.

When I made my reservation I saw the property had a rating of 8.2 or 8.4. Everything at this location is 1st rate if anyone finds fault here then you just can't please them no matter what you try to do for them. Anyone can stay here and have an enjoyable stay.

My room had a crack going down the wall and split it was just going in the room was not like pictures

First of all, the room keys did not work. When we got the correct keys, we entered the room, and the bathroom was disgusting! Hair and dirt in the shower and black mold. I returned to the desk to be informed that this was their last room and the hotel was full. At this point we left and drove 350 miles in the middle of the night to get home.

The staff when we checked in were not very helpful. They told us that there was no more soap or shampoo and we would have to make it work with whatever is in the room. My wife cut herself and we asked for bandaid which she said they didn’t have. The next day our rooms didn’t get cleaned and towels not replaced, and we found out it was because we didn’t fill out the request. The receptionist never told us we needed to and signs in the room said otherwise. The staff the 2nd day gave us bandaids (which they did have). The price of the room was not worth it.

nice staff! front desk, breakfast women, black older guy doing floor all were welcoming.
Only bad thing is i t was two guests and each had a room door card. everyday it was a problem getting in the room with each card.

It was my family reunion and we loved our choice to stay there.Staff was friendly and very nice .No one complained about any of the rooms we had or the service.Breakfast was great every morning .

My room was the issue. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well and the shower wasn't clean at all. My too bed cover and two pillows were dirty. The air conditioner was very loud and did not cool well.
